This place is an absolute joke. They have zero customer service. I was the first person in line after lunch and checked in. Politely asked the front desk how long it would be as I had my kids. They said it would be 3 hours. That’s not acceptable. They were kind as can be to other black people in there. No reason to be nasty to me because I’m a white dude. I did nothing to them.

I have never experienced such a visit where the staff was that discourteous. I chose this facility out of convenience and to avoid having to drive to Atlanta. My physician electronically sent the order and the receptionist was aggravated that I didnt know what needed to be drawn. I told her she had the order and she said she didnt know either and I needed to contact my doctor for that information and she couldnt believe I was in there without knowing what labs needed to be drawn. I commented that I couldnt believe they were about to perform labs without knowing what they were doing. Well, of course my veins were blown after my comment. Please hire new people here that actually care! You get one star only because I have to.

Terrible service. There are people there but they wont answer the door and they wont answer the phone. Dont waste your time at this awful place

Lab Corp in macon ga. This place is terrible, employees are rude and do not show anything close to customer service. My mission was to find one facility that I can take my child to, as she requires regular lab work, I found it! The staff and phlebotomist was so kind and patient with my pediatric age daughter. It was a wonderful experience for my daughter and for myself. We will definitely drive the 45 minute drive each way for this exceptional service. Thank you ladies for making this a good experience for the both of us.

Rude and didnt even submit my sample. Now Im behind to get my things ready for school and have to go get my test re-done.

Lab Corp on Watson is the most unprofessional medical place I have ever been to. If I could rate these people a 0 star I would. They locked patients out during business hours with no sign on the door and were extremely rude. The lady who drew my blood blew my vein and was not easy with the needle. Don’t be a medical professional if you don’t want to treat patients with care and respect!!! Absolutely unbelievable

Id give them zero stars if I could! There was only one employee working, making an online appointment didnt seem to mean anything, and the employee said she could not even give me an estimate on my waiting time. (Plus the waiting room TV was set to inflammatory political and religious programming, which is not the norm in reputable medical offices.) Totally disrespectful of their patients time and medical needs.An hour after my appointment time, I asked my medical provider to find me somewhere else that could test me. If your doctor refers you here, ask him or her to send you somewhere else. You might wait at Navicent but you will know where you stand.

Not sure if they have recently hired new staff but I went twice within 2 weeks for a pre employment drug screen (two different companies sent me) it was a great experience both times. I was in and out and my results came back within a couple days.

I was there sept 19 for a blood draw.the front desk person and the phlebotomist were both competent, courteous and friendly, minimum wait time.

The customer service is terrible! I just called this morning with a simple questions. I was interrupted several times before I could even get my question out! These people are horrible! I dont even want to go in for testing. Ugh!! The WORSE! If I could give them a zero, I would!!!

If you want excellent customer service, for Routine Blood Work or Pediatric blood draws, go to the Monroe County Hospitals lab, they are an approved labcorp site, but do not operate like a labcorp. They provide prompt and courteous service. Its worth the drive! When we went, there was no wait, they took my daughter to a bed since she was not very cooperative and needed to be held, and they still had us out in 10 minutes!

Had an appointment at this location only to arrive and be told the equipment needed is not working and the staff that operates it took the day off anyway. No concern for my inconvenience.

Got bill for clean results on a lab work. A second lab test performed by an independent firm quickly identified my issue. Very expensive experience. Not the 1st time this happen with LabCorp.

The company that I applied for a job with sent me to Labcorp for a pre-employment drug screening. Fast forward 16 days, they still have not received the results. I called lab corp for assistance, the woman that answered the phone was unwilling to look up anything to help provide some information that could be used to track this down. She said just have your company contact the cytology dept but could not provide a number or ANY helpful information even though I gave her the date and location I had the test done at. Long story short is I will likely have to repeat this drug test and the location is 41 miles away. Very poor customer service. I bet they didnt have any difficulty billing the company that ordered it.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. I came in with a question about a bill a family member had received. Arrangements had been made with their provider to pay cash upfront for the lab work which they drew at their office. The provider then paid Labcorp to run the tests. A few weeks later, I got an EOB from our insurance stating that Labcorp had billed them for all lab work done on that date. Labcorp sent a bill for what they also claimed was also due to the patient. Our agreement with the provider also meant that she did not have access to the family members insurance card or information and did not give that information at any point to Labcorp. We had called and emailed with no resolution and I went into their Macon office to see if they could help explain the situation. Before I could finish and show the paperwork proving we had already paid for these tests, I was told that I was in the wrong.Beside fraudulent billing practices that need to be dealt with, their customer service is in dire need of serious training in customer care and public/human relations.
