I have NEVER in my life been talked to the way that Mitchell spoke to me on the phone. For starters I went there to get my front rotors, breaks, and break calipers checked. At ANY other automotive shop that you take your car to, they will call you before just up and replacing parts on your car, however I was told that “nobody has time to call every person and tell them what’s wrong” . That was the first red flag. I went to go pick up my car and as I take it for a drive, it’s still making the same noise it was making when I brought it in to be checked. So I take it back, Mitchell starts giving me this long thought out story about his wife and tires which is all fine and dandy, but I KNOW that my tires are not the issue, being that I just purchased all new tires and because they noise only came when you press the breaks. Anyways as I digress, I explain to him that the noise only happens when I’m pressing my breaks. He states he doesn’t hear anything, so I explain to him that well, you have already went and changed something on my car that we didn’t even say yes to you changing to begin with, and while explaining this to him he starts yelling at me “ you need to shut up and listen, you need to shut up right now and listen to me, we don’t have time to call anyone about what we are about to change on their car, the only time we call is if someone tells us to call them” so I respond to him and say “ sir this is not how you talk to a paying customer, this is completely unacceptable and disrespectful “ he then proceeded to say “you can come get your car”, as if that wasn’t already what was about to happen. I said all of that to say this, how you speak to people is HIGHLY important, especially someone who is a paying customer. I don’t care how busy you are, or how many contracts you have with the city, don’t try to belittle anyone, EVER. God can humble you real quick. So I’ll just leave you in Gods hands though. Do better Mitchell!

My cars battery was acting up and I was recommended Mitchells Automotive from another battery specialist. Mitch provided excellent, friendly service. He took time to explain why the battery needed replacement and the science behind how they work. It was apparent that he has extensive understanding of car mechanics. Can not recommend this store enough. Cost was very, very reasonable.

I broke down 500 miles from home Mr. Mitchell got me right in and his mechanic replaced my bad alternator in 2hrs. They are very courteous and I enjoyed chatting with several police officers getting their vehicles serviced. Mr. Mitchell is honest and professional I recommend them to everyone.

I called ahead to have my car towed in, advised of the known issue. When I got the call my vehicle was done, Mr. Mitchell explained in detail what exactly was fixed and that they also checked other components before confirming the issue. Very pleased with the price, no excessive charges for parts or labor. Will use this shop again if needed 😊

They are great. The fam has been taking our cars to Mitchell for years. They are trustworthy and get the job done in timely manner.

My sister dropped her car off there because she wanted to know if there was something wrong with her brakes. Instead of calling her back and telling her what she was wrong with the brakes, he called to tell her he had done work on her car without calling to make sure that it was okay. As my sister is on the phone with him talking, I hear him tell her to shut up several times while she was trying to explain to him that he should have called her first before he did any work on her car. I am extremely upset with the unprofessionalism and customer service that was shown to her. I would suggest you not spend your money here because they do not respect you or care about you. DO NOT COME HERE!

I was lied to. I was told my truck would not sit outside of the locked fence overnight. I have way too many Tools in my truck for it to sit outside of a locked fence overnight. If they would have been honest and told me that it was going to have to sit outside of the fence then I would have been more than happy to take my tools out of it. They also could have called me and told me that it had to sit outside.
