Filled out all my documents paid 200 its been over a week still cant bid so I called heather answered and said she couldnt. Help me I would have to call buyer services well I didnt give buyer services my 200 so why the hell do I need contact them this place is nothing but a scam still cant bid or get a refund

The lady I spoke with was very nice and courteous. I was helped in a matter of minutes.

Well I mean this is not an auction,Its an auto auction and you get good cars here sometimes,Most of the time it just depends on how much value you put in them!Thats really what its all about!

Ok service but you need an appointment

I went here to help a friend pick up their vehicle. Even though we called ahead and they said it should be there around the same time we arrived (1.5 hours later), when we got there they said it would be another hour and a half, since they werent sure where their own driver was!!! Never again. Ridiculously horrible service!!!Honestly one Star was 10,000 too many!Negative 9,999 stars from THIS review!

This place is disgusting. They have one chair in the waiting room, and it seems Ive gotten bit by some sort of bug while sitting in that chair. Nasty and filthy. The ladies that work behind the desk really should clean up sometimes. Definitely calling the manager.

Fast just handling papers, the loader took more that 20 minutes to bring my car and I pay to much on dmv fees are so high for 750$ car I just finish paying $1525 doble of price

Not even a half of star, need to hire a friendly front desk person. Front desk employees are sucks. Good for nothing, those ladies would be good doing some cleaning in the back yard.
