Awesome service, ive been a patron of Groome Transportation since joining the Armed Forces. Customer service will always pick up the phones and answer all your questions. None of that talk to a computer and wait for service. Especially when you traveling. You will receive email reminders of your upcoming pickup . The vehicles are clean, safe and updated. The drivers always keep your safety top priority. Id definitely recommend Groome Transportation to all my fellow brothers and sister serving our awesome country.

Great shuttle service! Great drivers and safe trips from Warner Robins to Macon to Atlanta. Vehicles have lots of space and are well kept. The shuttles stop at each relevant terminal and have easy access to Hartsfield-Jackson entrances

Excellent service for travelers to and from airport. Sometimes it is easier to catch a shuttle than find a parking place that is normally far away, and leave your car parked at the airport. You also have to pay for parking at the airport. You could inconvenience a friend to drop you at the gate, but this way you can basically sleep and the driver knows the route. No need for paying meticulous attention to the signs to get to check in! And you can leave your vehicle at Groome for no additional charge.

Doesn’t care about COVID protocol. A Van full of people no open seats in the height of a pandemic

My flight landed in Atlanta but I really needed to get Warner Robins. Groome Transportation help complete my trip. After the plane landed, I gathered my bags and easily found the van heading to Warner Robins. Very nice trip. Highly recommend this service.

Not only is the air conditioning not working, I’m packed in so tight that my legs have fallen asleep which is a blessing actually. I say that in regards to the fact I just had knee surgery. I’m never using their service again

Groome - Macon, GA took my family (wife and 2 kids (7 and 7) to Atlanta Airport. When they went to board the return transit, the driver told my wife the kids could not ride without a booster. If that is the policy, that is fine. However, a company should not be able to take customers 75 miles from their car then tell them to fund another way back. We had to pay $300+ for an uber to take them. I have called the company 5 times and gotten the run around or no answer.

Three times now we have booked Groome, received a confirmation email then somehow the name was not added to the drivers list and we were stuck driving all the way to the airport ourselves! We asked for a manger to call us back and NOTHING!!!

It is a regional transportation service that basically serves travelers going to and from airports in the regions that they are in. It is not nation wide but they seem to be expanding.Ive used the Atlanta to a city in Georgia service on several occasions, and it was/is excellent!!frfr 💯💯💯👌🏾👌🏾From the customer service at the counter to the drivers!They are nothing like those mean ole uncaring people at that national bus company with the dog as their icon.😉They are on time leaving and arriving most the time as far as I can tell.Its quite and not a mad house of chaos and confusion.They have park and ride and its free. I don know if they have it at all GroomesCall and check.The one thing that may be a little off putting is that if you have to call to talk to a rep sometimes it may take a while to get to do so. But not always. You can do all your stuff on their website, and that cool, but there is nothing better than the warmth and goodness of helping live human beings. 💯The next time you travel, see if this service is available in the region that you are traveling to or in.If the folks in Georgia are the example then you shouldnt be disappointed.👍🏾

W have been using Groomes out of Macon for several years. It is conveniently located. The parking is free and the staff has always been friendly. We take it from Macon to the Atlanta airport. If they had stops at other Atlanta locations, I would use it even more.

Groome transported my daughter-in-law and 2 small children to the Atlanta Airport on Tuesday. When they returned on Friday night Groome REFUSED to bring them back to Macon. Driver said younger child could not ride without a carseat. When told that he rode to Atlanta without a car seat the driver said that she snuck him on the van without the driver knowing. The first driver actually buckled him into the seat, so there was no sneaking.A mother and two small children stuck in Atlanta with no way to go is a terrible feeling for the mother. It cost her over $300 to get an Uber back to Macon. Groome has REFUSED to respond to this. DO NOT USE GROOME.

I take the groome regularly and I am always satisfied. Glad they are reopened for business. They are professional and curtious. I highly recommend them. The price of ticket definitely doesnt leave one penniless. Saves the aggravation of being stuck in traffic and I was left where I needed to be.

Seems to be a good service. Mine was running late . we had to switch transport at the next stop Dont take the website seriously... Can for times . however I did have to hold 3 times while theyChecked .Once was for 20 minutes! Ill check back after my ride . 2 hours to go!

Gave gratuity to driver when I arrived at destination. She worked really hard to pack the luggage, which was loaded to the roof. A couple of people had to hold their luggage because there was no room in the back. We left 20 minutes late because of the luggage situation. I think that Groome, the company, should have sent another van to accommodate the customers. As a passenger, my concern was that we had surpassed the weight capacity of the shuttle. The only family that appeared comfortable was the woman, man, and daughter on the first row. On the second row, my friend had to situate her body to accommodate the large man, who also had a duffle bag, that didnt fit in the back. The young soldier looking guy sat by the door with a heavy looking duffle bag in his lap. On the third row, a petite grandmom sat under a guy who took up a good portion of her seat. I had a solo seat, which was great but my long legs were cramped because I couldnt move them after the man on the 2nd row (with the smaller duffle bag) put his on the floor between the seat. The bag had some weight to it because it didnt move when I gently tried to slide it up with my foot so that I could give my cramped knee a break. I resolved to temporarily unbuckling and stretching my knee vertically. The back row was a family of four. The tallest guy sat in the front by the driver. I imagine that the air conditioner had to be on full blast to accommodate all the body heat. This was the first time Ive ridden on Groome and the people were packed in like sardines. The woman driver was professional even though there was a luggage problem and she was trying to be polite to the people who were not able to get on the shuttle. We left Atlanta about 7pm but returned safely to our final destination.. Im grateful that the traffic moved steadily and without incident. Groome, the driver did her best with what the company gave her to work with this time around. I dont know if a driver didnt show up for work, if a shuttle was broken down, if an attendant overbooked, or if another shuttle is needed between 4:30 & 6:30pm. I believe that better customer service has come to be expected from Groome as a result of excellence through the years. I trust that my next trip will be worthy of fewer specific details. I try to always give positive feedback in my reviews. This return trip was challenging. Giving a 4-star based on prior excellence, not based on this return trip.

I was flying to be with my daughter because her infant had emergency surgery. The attendant inside (I wish I remembered her name) was amazing. Not only was she kind and helpful, she promised to pray for my family. Also, the driver was really friendly and conversational too. All over great experience.

Got a ride from them on a Saturday morning from ATL to Macon, totally surprised me terrific experience start to finish. easy pick up just outside the exit doors, super courteous person waiting at the parking area, terrific driver was able to get me on an earlier van then I had reserved very pleasant and comfortable trip in the van would highly recommend and use again at any time in the future. really nice location in Macon as well where my family picked me up.

I was late for my original pick up at 2pm for my 6:35pm flight back to Philly. The next bus wasnt until another 2 hrs. Our driver got my son and I to the airport in plenty of time. She dropped us off at the Delta gate location and Im glad that I didnt have to catch the train at ATL airport to the Delta gate.Thanks Groome

Although their information shows 24 hours the building opens at 6am and closes at 8pm...Actually they don’t open at 6am 😐

I would use Groome again for sure. The driver was on time and did a great job getting us to Macon from the airport. Purchased ticket online at the airport and had no problems. Van was clean and comfortable. The driver even allowed me to use the charge plug to charge my phone!!

Since moving here to Georgia in February, I’ve had to rely on Groome as part of my job, since it requires a lot of traveling. This is one of the finest modes of transportation I could find. Prompt, comfortable and reasonably-priced. Lately I’ve also had some trips to make outside of my job. The peopleat Groome have become an integraland safe way to travel to and from Atlanta. Groome transportation is the way to go when Im traveling from New York to Central Georgia. I take the van from the airport to Macon and my family travels less than an hour to pick me up from there. The vans are clean. Drivers are professional. Ive never had any problems. It is a professional organization. You will love them.

I really enjoy doing business with Groome. I mostly handle all my business online but I really enjoy calling to book reservations. Everyone is always nice and always helpful. Ive been riding with Groome for a few years now and I can honestly say they are the only business that has never given me a negative experience. I really hope they expand their business and values to even more cities. Businesses like this are very few and far between.

I liked everything other than the inside staff. They were really rude, and acted as though I was not putting them out when I asked questions. The actual ride was great, otherwise. The driver was very kind and answered my questions, and assured me that he would make sure I reached my destination.

The ride was great. Got me there ahead of schedule. Everything was great. Just need to get an app so we can schedule rides with instead of going to the website. I travel for a living and that would make it easy. Other than that i strongly recommend using Groome.

This is a wonderful, convenient service, and the people who work here are so helpful. Thanks to Eric, who allowed me to get on an earlier shuttle than Id reserved, I was able to get home from the airport an hour earlier. Eric was also a terrific driver, aware of everything around us (including a semi driver who got onto the exit at the last minute, coming around us where there wasnt even a lane, so Eric just let him have the road). I recommend Groome very highly!

I picked up my ride from Atlanta airport. I had a 10 AM reservation but my plane came in early and I was able to catch the 9.30 AM van to Warner Robins via Macon with no problem. Always fast and reliable. Directions for new pick up area was clear and easy to follow!

It is a shuttle ride from the Atlanta Airport to Warner Robins, through another city named Macon.At one time, it was an efficient, tolerable trip from one place to another, and allowed you to skip, for a reasonable fee, a trip by car to the Atlanta airport. In the past the shuttle wasn’t crowded, but as with all good things, the fact that there was a semi quick way to get from one place to another got out and now lots of people are using it.Skip to Now,if you didn’t think to make a paid reservation, it is a hit or miss type proposition whether you will get a shuttle ride immediately, if at all.As with all modes of transportation the driver is the captain of the vehicle, and what they say goes. As the sign says, “seat belts are required, tips are appreciated.”My personal experience was tolerable, the driver was up to his own business, chatting up one of the female passengers, while driving from one place to another, doing the bare minimum to keep his position.

Great, easy ride from the airport. Incredibly nice and courteous staff. Loved that you can take an earlier ride if your flight lands earlier than expected. Pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable the Groome stations are either at your final destination or if you have to change vans along the way. A wonderful service for all! Leave the driving to someone else after your flight, you can relax or sleep in the vehicle and feel better when you finally arrive at your destination. Best thing to include to your travel itinerary. I use this kind of transportation every time I travel and the airport is at least 2 hours from home.
