I originally requested a morning appointment when I scheduled online. The branch switched my time to afternoon without notice. Once the technicians showed up, they were friendly and professional; however, they did a very poor job cleaning the carpets. My family and I are not nasty people and do not wear shoes in our home, so there were not many stains; mainly high traffic area cleaning. I showed the technicians my concern areas and they still missed the mark with cleaning. A waste of money and I would not recommend them for service.

Stanley Steemer out of Macon, GA did a relativity ok job. Unfortunately, the previous owner had a large dog that nearly stained the carpets, however, the Stanley Steemer claim to fame is that they can make a carpet look brand new. My expectation was not perfection, but when my 6 year old picked up some trash from the carpet after it dried, it got me thinking of the quality of work that was accomplished. Noticing other smells of the previous K9 brought more attention to the quality of work. They had no problem tacking on an extra $200 for the previous quoted price which made me wonder how they justified taking 2 bathrooms off the work order because it wasnt tile and adding a large amount for an oversized master bedroom claiming the closet was considered a bedroom as well. If someone put their child in that size of a room, the would be borderline child abuse. Now again, I am not looking for perfection as quality workmanship has disappeared from nearly every business platform. I was looking for a respectful price and associated workmanship. If I had a business cleaning floors, quality cleaning, asthetic, feel, and smell would be the goal for each customer to experience. This has been a preaching moment to all who have succumbed to poor contractual agreement with a service based business. As they feel we owe them for doing a service even though they wouldnt have a job if it were not for the customers selecting them. I truly hope this has in no way spoken for more than a few customers who have had a poor experience with Stanley Steemer. Maybe quality will get back into the working class U.S. citizen. Take care everyone and always know you have the right to shop around for business.

I was disappointed with the service because the Guy was telling me that carpet was the problem but theGuy that was cleaning the carpet was just doing what he was told so it’s not his problem he’s the guy that was coaching him he was just doing his job but the other one was just telling lies very disappointing never use this service again

My carpet is clean although, we ask one of the workers to put on a mask and offer a mask to him he refused it. Unacceptable with this doing COVID-19. The company assured the workers do ware mask

I have been using them for a couple of years now because they have always done a great job with my carpet they always try to get me to do some more things to my carpet so I’m happy with the service they have provided me and i had two technicians to come out to my house and they were very friendly and professional i love people who are doing everything they have to do with their jobs and I’m going to try to keep getting them to clean my carpet because I’m very satisfied with the work that they have always done cleaning my carpet and they will move my futurniture if I want them to move it and they have always wanted to make sure I am satisfied with it and they are always nice to help us with cleaning my carpet and I have never had a problem with them because they do whatever they have to do to make sure my carpet is done the way I want them to do it X

A but pricey but the receptionist was really nice and offered other solutions.

They cleaned my daughter’s daycare and it made a HUGE difference! She used to come home with dirty pants from crawling around on the carpet. Now she comes home with clean clothes. Excellent job!
