I had car trouble on Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. My service engine soon light went on and my car just stopped and coasted onto the shoulder of the road. We called AAA who had Miller Towing come to my aid. Sarah was great to work with, she was very helpful and friendly, her main goal was to get us off the shoulder of the road quickly and safely. Sarah towed my car approximately an hour North to Madison where she dropped the car off for us at the dealer. Sarah was attentive and honest, we had a great experience working with her. Thank you!

When I called Miller Towing, LLC after having missed their initial call because I was still on the phone with AAA, I spoke with Joanna who was easy to speak with, helpful, and never made me feel rushed.The service vehicle driver, Anthony, was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and a complete professional, through and through.Growing up with an uncle who owned an automotive repair business, I’ve been around hundreds of tow trucks in my life, so I can confirm that Anthony handled his vehicle and my four tows with the greatest level of skill and talent as I’ve ever seen from any flatbed tow truck operator.Thank you to AAA, Miller Towing, LLC, Anthony, and Joanna for a great experience! 🙂

Miller Towing responded to my AAA call, arrived earlier than expected and had no trouble finding my location. The driver was very professional, personable and attentive and was able to successfully diagnose my cars issue and in doing so saved me a lot of time, trouble and money. I would recommend giving them a call.

My daughters car had problems enroute to college drop off and Max was a life saver. He towed us to and advocated on our behalf for service to resolve her car issues. Some people do a job however Max provides a service is obvious he believes in and would hope would be provided to his own family should the need arise. Highly recommend without reservation and would hope he is available if we need that service again.

I was stranded on the road and they were there in 15 minutes...the guy was so nice and awesome even gave me a ride... definitely my go to if I ever need a tow again! I dont remember the drivers name but I was in the scion and I really want to thank you you rock!

I told dispatch if the driver could call when on the way it would have been nice, so he wouldnt have to wait. The driver didnt receive the memo. Josh arrived then patiently waited for me to show up. Over all just a pleasant experience, which isnt something people usually say when getting their car towed. Would highly recommend.

Called on Sat to schedule, told I could schedule with their website form so I did. Come Monday no one shows up so I call. They have no idea about me or my tow and show no scheduling through the website. I cancelled out of disgust. Good Luck with these people.

Excellent experience with Miller Towing. Had to call at 5:30am because of a tire blowout on the highway. They answered right away and had a guy sent out, he arrived in about 30 minutes and got the car loaded fast and easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of a tow, I called to get someone to tow my car that blew a brake line to a local shop. He showed up within a half hour of me calling, loading it onto his flat bed. All the while being incredibly nice and friendly. Then towed it to the location. The price is amazing too, towing to an in town location was cheap, compared to another tow company that charged us an arm and a leg for another tow for a different car a while back. Definitely recommend.

My daughter slid into a ditch at 330am on her way to work. It was during the ice storm a week ago. Jared came out retrieved my daughters car and I was sitting in my car waiting it died! Jared took care of both cars with ease and patience I was just so grateful to him. I met Jason while sitting in my car waiting for my sister, he took time out to check on me and chat with me before riding off into the night! Miller towing employs superheroes and Im forever grateful and will use them in the future!

The tow driver don was amazing!!!! He was very kind and inquired about what was wrong with my car and gave me some advise as to what the problem may have been. That being said I gave the 4 stars just because of him. The initial call to the company was bit of a struggle. The woman I spoke with did not seem to know much, spent 15 minutes on the phone with her which about 10 minutes of it was silence and her trying to figure out what was a simple tow. I was about to just hang up because it was frustrating for an already frustrating situation. Im glad I didnt because the price was reasonable and the tow driver was great.

The worse towing experience ever! They kept telling us the driver was on his way, after over an hour he finally arrived (5-6 miles away THEY LIED - no traffic either).The best part was that our Lyft driver had picked us up from our location and drop us off at the repair shop 8 miles away and the tow truck driver was walking into McDonald’s!In the meanwhile we sat waiting on the side of the interstate with cars flying past me and my children! I would never recommend this tow truck company. They lied repeatedly about the drivers location and were not professional and honest!

Used AAA to have a Volvo suv towed to my preferred mechanic and they found my vechile in a hrd to explain area with no problems. The driver was pleasant and would recommend to others in need of a tow.
