Jaime did our home inspection for us in the Rockford area. Very nice and personable. Answered all of our questions and provided good recommendations for the things he found during the inspection. Payment options were quick and easy. The inspection report was detailed, provided timely, and simple to follow. I would certainly recommend him to others for any home inspection needs

I would give no stars if possible. Inspector missed many glaring issues only to be found after the purchase of the home. One was such a safety violation that the it could have caused the home to burn to the ground. We had professionals come in to fix the issues and all of them said Didnt you get a home inspection?. I would definitely use someone else for your home inspection needs. We are now looking at thousands of dollars in repairs that could have been negotiated into the price of the home if they were reported by the home inspector, or we could have just not purchased the home.

Horrible service. He is not an inspector. Please go elsewhere for your home inspection.
