Have used Classic Limousine of Rockford several times over the years for trips to the airport and nights out with my wife for special occasions. Always professional, clean and on time. Recently used them for an anniversary night out. So much better than driving ourselves. Were able to sit back relax and just enjoy the night without worrying about driving. Highly recommend give them a call!

We have used Classic Limousine many times over the last 15 years. The cars are always clean and the drivers on time and respectful. There was one incident about a year ago when there was a blizzard hitting Chicago on our return, it took 3 hours at 30 mph to get to Rockford, we offered to let the driver stay over in a spare room but he refused because he had to drive another customer back in, now that’s dedication.

We hired Classic Limo the week of our wedding to take me and my husband back to our hotel after the reception. They were responsive and easy to work with short notice. Were thankful they were there to help our wedding weekend go as smoothly as possible.

We have used Classic Limousine for numerous occasions over the years and have always been highly impressed with the service and attentiveness. A few years ago we went to a Blackhawks playoff game and got a limo with Classic Limo. It was a mad house after the game with people leaving, and our driver made sure he was the first in limo line and went out of his way to make sure we saw him flagging us down right away. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Used Classic Limousine recently for my best friends bachelor party. The entire experience was awesome from start to finish. On time, clean, well priced and ready to accomodate a bunch of guys ready to party. Absolutely recommend for any event.

The driver canceled 4 of our 6 prepaid hours just before 8am on the day of our wedding. Since that was obviously an issue we frantically called other places and re-booked the full 6 hours, and canceled with Classic Limousine. When we asked for a refund for the 4 hours the owner told us that they did not offer refunds for late cancellation. Yes, we were told no refund for the money we prepaid for the hours that their driver canceled on us the day of our wedding..... We had to dispute the charges with our CC company and filed a complaint with the BBB (Full details are now public there if anyone is interested).My advice, if you want to be confident in the fact that your driver will show up for your event then look at my other reviews to find the company that saved our butts that day on 4 hours notice.

Rented a party bus for my sisters bachelorette party for $700 dollars for approximately 7 hours. The bus broke down when we still had 3 hours left to have it, they had other limos pick us up, split up our party, ruined the rest of the plans for the night. I figured the owner would make right by this and refund some of the money back considering we PAID for a full 7 hours!! I have called for 7 straight days to get him to call me back! He refuses to get on the phone when I call, nor does he call me back. This is terrible business. I am giving one more chance for him to call me and if I do not hear from him, I will be contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as my familys attorney. Its not about money to me anymore, it is about doing right by your customers!!!! I am shocked. I truly thought this was a good company. I thought wrong. How disappointing and I was going to use them again for my sisters wedding event! Jerry is the owner and not a good one at that!!!!! I will not stop until I get my money back!! PERIOD!

No show on transfer from OHare to my Home . I was able to secure the transfer from a different source. Do not use Classic Limousine.

We had a great experience with them. Classic Limousine dropped us off and picked up my wife and I at O’hare for a 10th anniversary trip. Coming home from a long flight from Europe was SO nice not having to worry and just get home.

I had booked Classic Limousine in May for my wedding in July. 2 days before my wedding I received a call stating that their bus had broken down and there was nothing they could do for me. This threw me into complete panic mode that I no longer had transportation for myself and my bridal party for the wedding. I was devastated and frantically called around to try to book other transportation. I was frustrated that I was told that “there was nothing they could do”. I do not recommend booking with this company.

Clean vehicles affordable prices friendly staff

Typically the service is okay, but this last time we used them we paid cash, about a month later our debit card was charged the full amount, staff did not seem to have a sense of urgency to fix this even though they admitted we should not have been charged because it was in the system as being paid full in cash. very disappointed and will not be using these guys again.

Ontime pick up at the International Terminal in Ohare. Comfortable, clean car. Driver was excellent, even pulled over to help us figure out the radio. Quick smooth ride to Madison. Definitely worth the $ for this quality service.

I have used Classic limousine exclusively for the last four years. They came out in a blizzard to drive for my Daughters sixteenth birthday, four years ago. We book for rides to Chicago airports. I have used many services in the area, Classic limousine does a superior job.

One of their drivers nearly ran over a friend of mine and chose to yell slurs and obscenities instead of apologize. Classic limousine has chosen to completely blow off the incident as were not responsible for what our drivers say. Well, Im responsible for informing people researching this company that their drivers are reckless and that this company does not care about their drivers behavior.

Very rude and unreasonable owner.Limo broke down on our wedding day. We were told there was no backup so we had to wait for our own alternative rides. During the wait, one of our guests fixed the limo so we decided to take it. Air conditioning did not work and we were 1 hour late. Emailed owner who ignored me and then offered a minor discount and disagreed that the service was poor.

Being a former employee here I can honestly say they arent a reputable company their limousines always break down or have something wrong with them the owner (boss) of the company never pays the drivers or employees on time and is extremely rude and disrespectful to his employees if you wanna rent a limousines this business is not worth the time nor money
