I would give a zero if possible! This person is unreliable and communication is nonexistent. We gave him a small piece of equipment and he said it would take him a week to fix them. Fast forward 2 months we still have no equipment and we have only gotten a response from him 1 time when we sent him a scathing text message asking whats going on with our equipment. If you try to call he just hangs up on you so he will only respond via text if he feels like it. Do youself a favor and go somewhere else.

Excellent and courteous service. Fast pick up and delivery. Everything from tune ups to replacing an engine on a zero turn has been great!

What a joke for a small business owner, i dont recommend this guy to anyone ever. I brought him a chainsaw, 2 months ago an he said ill have it back in a week, said he fixed an replace carb. But never even loosen one bolt to look inside, theres still wood dust all over the nuts, unreliable, untrustworthy, poor communication, do yourself a favor an find someone else

It has been over a year with no communication no response in regards to my lawnmower. I’m glad I have them picking up my lawn more recorded. I recommend not using these services.

I was in the market for a used snow blower. I contacted several small engine businesses in the area and it was Brian and Amber who responded promptly and professionally.They delivered the snow blower and walked me through the entire process of operation and answered all of my many questions.Our first significant snow fall came in late December. I was thrilled the blower worked well and got the job done (the snow was wet and heavy).My second use, I encountered the blower starting...but stalling immediately...we all know used mechanical equipment has many moving parts and a mind of its own...it happens.I trouble shooted, unsuccessfully. I contacted Brian and Amber and asked for support. They once again responded promptly and professionally.A family member was hospitalized so they had much on their mind and on their plate...but in true Brian and Amber fashion, they came to my home and serviced the blower, on site.I enthusiastically, without hesitation, recommend Brians Small Engine Repair. Customer service is second to none!Keep up the great work Brian and Amber! Thank you for taking good care of me.

Terrible! Also bad communication . I spent a lot of money with them, and it was so much of a hassle I told them they can keep the equipment. Excuses after excuses and lies. I wouldn’t go to them for a slingshot 👎🏾

Dropped my push mower off on a Monday. Dealt with Amber. Very professional and up front with me. Told her I was having problems with it starting. She offered a tune up and I said Yes. She called me Friday and said that it was ready for pick up and that it was all tuned up and fixed. Starts like a charm every time now. Highly recommended them for mower repair. Very reasonable and dependable. Thanks

This business is very unprofessional. They had my snow blower for two weeks. When I contacted them they wouldn’t answer the phone. When they finally responded to my calls it was through text messages. The owners were very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

Brian and Amber had the drive belt on my riding mower repaired and back to me in less than 24 hrs. Brian also found that the last person who replaced the belt bent the guides and put the pulley on backwards which caused it to break so he fixed that too! I highly recommend them. prices are reasonable too.

Brian and Amber are second to none. They work overtime and weekends to keep my multitude of equipment operating properly. From a simply oil change to doing a full equipment installs in a newly acquired vehicles. I have been at a customer’s location and equipment goes down, Brain jumps in the car and was there to save me AGAIN.. 5 stars is not enough for how great their service is!

I found this shop online in May, had some good reviews. I called and Brians wife Amber said I can bring my mower right over. That was on 5/30/19. A couple weeks later I called and got what appeared to be an automated text message saying they were busy and to text. So, I texted asking for an update on the mower. Never heard anything. I waited a couple more weeks, called and got voicemail full. Last Thursday, 7/18/19, I called and his wife answered, she said she wasnt at home but would call back with a status. Never heard anything.While they had good reviews when I first researched this business, I found that since then theyve had a couple of bad reviews at various sites with the same exact complaints about non-communication. So, it was obvious I was at a dead end.Called 7/20/19 AM, no answer. So.. we drove to their house, and was greeted by a very angry wife who said her husband wasnt home and she didnt have the keys to the shop. She said her husband had been in the hospital for heat exhaustion so he hasnt worked on it. (Before this week the temps have been very comfortable, no excuse - sounds like an enabling wife.) I told her I just wanted my mower back, and that Id like an answer from her husband as to when I could pick it up. Then she said she was going to call the police if I didnt leave her property.So.. >I< called the police, explained the situation, and they agreed to meet me there. Soon after I arrived and during my wait for the officer, Amber was outside. She sent her son down the street to get my mower, so it wasnt even on the premises. Supposedly her husband had come home in the 30 minutes I was gone, however the same vehicles that were there the first time we went there were there this time.COMMUNICATION. I think I was very patient and nice in my communication given the fact that these people had my mower and were totally non-communicative. They were professional in the sense that they had a written work order and a call tag, but beyond that, they just sat on my mower and NEVER communicated. If they were that swamped when I called the first time to see about getting it worked on, they could of said that they had alot of work and it would be awhile.I absolutely do NOT recommend this business.---update 7/21And in response to Brians response that the mower was not on the premises - his son was pushing the mower from several houses west of your property while the policeman and my boyfriend both stood at their driveway witnessing this.

Would NOT recommend. I wanted them to look at my mower which was running rough leaking gas and the deck cable had broke. After 2 weeks I started calling them each day and when they did answer I was constantly told they would call right back or I’m just getting to the office I’ll call you right back. Then they stopped answering all together so I had to just show up there and demand my mower back. When I got there a young kid came out and instead of his mom just coming out he had to run back and forth until I just told him his mom needed to come and talk to me. She was very nasty and rude. She told me it isn’t her business it’s her husbands, yet she’s the one you talk to on the phone. Anyway I ended up having to leave since she says she didn’t have the key to the shop. A little while later she calls acting all nice saying this is what’s wrong with it and it’d take a few weeks to order parts. I told her I just wanted to come get it, they still charged me for literally wasting my time. When I picked it up they tried giving me the wrong key. They went and “searched” for my key but I wasn’t going to leave with out it. Then magically they found the key. The key had my gpas name on it and the key chain has sentimental value to me.They also clearly never looked at the mower. They literally told me exactly what I told them was wrong with it. Had they actually looked at it they would’ve noticed that the battery was dead and the ignition didn’t work among a few other things. If they even started it up they’d of seen the engine itself ran rough but no mention of that.I don’t know how people can run a business like this and expect to keep it going.

Had my riding mower deck repaired (bracket welded) and tuned up (new spark plugs, oil, air and fuel filter, new battery and blades sharpened.). Took a little longer than expected but happy with the quality of the work and the price. Brian and Amber kept me up to date during repair.

Its been a long while to hear back about my riding lawnmower. Im starting to think this is a scam.

I was told would be able to look at my riding mower right away and would just be waiting on parts if necessary. When I called them later in the week, they hadnt gotten to it yet. A week later still hadnt. A week after that didnt answer or return my call. After 3 1/2 wks, I left a msg asking when I could pickup to take somewhere else. They called me back that afternoon and said it was done. Great price! However, the 2nd time I used the mower, the same thing broke again. When I called back, I was told it would be another week before it could even be looked at. That great price was still $ and time lost...taking somewhere else. Very disappointed.
