We used TDS for our business phone lines & internet. The phone & internet were constantly going out. At 1st it was just during rain storms but gradually lost service more frequently, like for no reason. The internet (when it did work) was extremely slow & ended up going out all together. We were stuck in a 5 year contract so for the past 2 years we were paying $260.00 per month for internet that didnt work at all. We had to cancel service 10 months early so we could switch to a different internet/phone company since we were losing customers (the phone would say the # had been disconnected when lines went down so it appeared we went out of business). For all the trouble TDS has caused our business, they rewarded us by sending an early termination fee of $2,800.00 that must be paid within 3 weeks to avoid more fines. I would definately never recommend this company to anyone.

Electric company shows POWER OUTAGE MAPS. Why doesn’t TDS Telecom do similar.TDS. We are Always losing service. Refunds??
