I brought my phone in because the screen randomly stopped working. I had already taken it to T-Mobile and UBREAKIFIX was my last resort. A kind gentleman I believe he said is name was Bryant assisted me. He was able to get the screen to unfreeze and sent me on my way without charge. Super friendly! Super helpful! He saved my whole day and I’m grateful! Highly recommend if youre looking for a phone repair.

This place is great!! Ive been here twice already to fix my phone, and both times they did a great job. This last time my phone screen was all messed up and touching random buttons and disabling itself for hours... I took it here and Jacob P. had it done and ready within 30 mins! I had an iPhone X with a broken speaker. I couldnt take calls and was ready to replace the phone but I thought Id try uBreakiFix first. They were very responsive and professional. My son tossed our baby monitor down the stairs and broke the casing where the charging port and power button obstructed by the casing. Took it into ubreakifix. Fixed it for me on the spot and saved me $125 from having ti buy a new one.

I sent a nintendo switch lite to be fixed. Told them it appeared to be the control stick. They took it said it would be about a week. Almost a month later not only did I get the wrong part and it still does not work. They did not get back to me half the time and I had to hunt them down and and see the status in the part and repair. Now I have to have them fix it again since it still does not work or get my money back.

Brought my ipad here, they told me 2 business days to fix but it took 5 business days, when I showed up they told me they didn’t have my ipad as if I’mLying, after 5 minutes they located my ipad, then my case was missing! I was happy with the fact that came out and that I only had to pay at $30 deposit on the Internet however my problem is when they got here my phone had a little bit of liquid damage and they refused to fix it for me even though it worked fine besides the screen being completely shattered so I dont understand why they wouldnt just do it when I offered to pay still

My mom had to have her phone worked on after her screen broke. Due to issues beyond the stores control, they were not able to transfer the main board to her new phone, but they were able to assist in saving her photos and some other files. They were very helpful and she was very thankful. Glad to see a store willing to go the extra mile and provide great service.

He person I talked to seemed very nice. My problem was that my Apple Watch screen literally came off, no impact, no dent no nothing. They wanted $50 to put it back. I mean c’mon guys! The whole watch is not worth about 100-150. It looks like a nice store but absolutely too way over priced. 15min of YouTubing and some amazon water proof tape for this watch saved me the trip and the $50. 👍🏼

The staff here is always super friendly and polite, and helpful. If you have an issue that is simple to solve without a repair, they actually tell you instead of charging you for something you didnt need. In my case, I needed a new display and they handled it very quickly with high quality. Very happy, as always. I have used them before and they are heads and shoulders above the other places I had used before.

They had my switch for like 2 months, gave it back broken multiple times claiming it to be fixed, then shipped it to janesville who told me them it was in fixable and then they refused me a refund.

Ok .. So Im not one who typically writes reviews. But I am so impressed by the service here that I feel compelled. The charging port on my HTC phone has been starting to wear and I knew it was only going to be a matter of time till it failed. Called on Tuesday, and they were able to get an order in for a replacement part that day. They called on Thursday to say the part was in. I dropped the phone off on Friday, and 2 hours later is was ready to go. The service from first contact till I left with my repaired phone was first rate all the way. They even reduced the cost by $10.00 from the quote since it was an easier repair than they expected WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS !! Professional, courteous through out. Highly recommended!

The workers are extremely nice; however, I took my iPhone 7 to them because the speaker on it was pretty much broken, causing people to not be able to understand me when I am talking on the phone. I explained the problem to them, but they told me my phone speakers were just fine. I knew there was something wrong with them as I had many different people unable to understand what I was saying. Nevertheless, they replaced my speakers but the touch screen on my phone wasn’t working (keep in mind it was working when I got there). They “fixed” it for free but it was never the same again. I ended up wasting money for nothing and having to buy a new phone.

Awesome place👍 messed up the display on my computer and brought it in.Considered Best buy but they wanted $85 just to ship it off for diagostics. These guys have FREE diagnostics and same day repair on most devices.Turns out my screen was just not connected properly. They fixed it in front of me and I was out in minutes.It would have been easy for them to keep it for a day and tell me it needed a new screen since I was willing to pay for that repair already. While they could have seized the opportunity to charge me $200+ for repair, they didnt.If youre having trouble with any of your tech, I HIGHLY reccomend bringing your stuff here

I took my Moto z4 there after dropping it and breaking the screen. They ordered the part ( it took one day for them to get)and I took the phone in to them and 2 hours later I have a fixed phone.

I have had really bad experiences with Batteries Plus (and other places like it) in the past when I have cracked my phone screen. So this time when I cracked my phone, I went to the place that had the best reviews and I now see why!! Amazing service and had my phone completely fixed in an hour and it comes with a 90 day warranty if anything goes wrong with the fix. Unlike many places, these guys are all trained and actually know what they are talking about. I wont go anywhere else for a repair now!!

My son broke the charging port on his Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Start to finish it took less than a week, and was completely headache free. Much cheaper than trying to go through Samsung directly. And the employee who helped us was friendly and efficient.

This was not the first time that I had gone there, and the first time it was excellent, it took a while (4 hours) which was ridiculous but my phone was good after. I went in there again today and they got it done in 45 minutes, gave me a huge discount, and gave my boyfriend a free screen, however, when I went to use the camera they had left their fingerprint or dust or something INSIDE the screen over the camera, so I will have to go back in tomorrow, to get them to fix it. Will post if they charge for it.

I took my iPhone to them to get a quote. They turned out to be the best price in town! And they are a franchise so you arent leaving your device in the care of an amateur. They took time to thoroughly explain the process and the parts they use, which are factory pets, not knock-offs. My phone was fixed in under an hour. My phone not only had a broken screen it also needed a new lcd display. My phone also had a dent and they also took care of it. I will never go anywhere else if I needed electronic items repaired and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

You need to come here! I checked in online to make a rough appointment. The two guys working there were very knowledgeable. He inspected my entire phone before he fixed it. I came in cuz the glass on my iPhone 6 was shattered. He also suggest I get a new battery because it was old. He said it would be done in about an hour! Wow! I didnt come back til the end of the day cuz I had classes, but I came back and it looked brand new and was VERY FAST! Checking it in and picking it up was fast. Because I was getting my glass fixed, the battery replacement was half off. I highly suggest anyone with the old iPhone to do this, the battery lasts and its crazy fast now. Saved me a drive to the Apple Store in Woodfield and their prices all together were cheaper than the Apple Store to just fix my screen. Youre silly if you dont consider going there for help. Very happy with my phone!

11/14/18 @ about 1:00 pm James and the voice from the back, all I can say is these guys ROCK!!! My Samsung galaxy s9 froze and was in a perpetual loop that I could not get it out of! I was so upset cause I only had the phone for 4 months! I did not have the protection plan cause that is another 20.00 a month on top of what you pay for the phone and then your service! After pulling teeth at sprint I was FINALLY told that phones have a 12 month warranty and I would have to call samsung to see what could be done. Really Sprint!?!?! You can sell a $800.00 phone but cant help a customer out? Anyways a sprint employee let it slip that ubreakifix could help me and they did! They had my phone working in 8 mins! James you were AMAZING as was the voice in the back! lol
