Just fitted the Quartz conversion kit to my 1972 Buick Riviera clock. Works perfectly! The service was great and the item is fantastic. The video was really useful and thorough as long as you watch it all and take your time. I will be recommending you to anybody that requires this conversion.

Was Quoted $350 for stepper motor replacement on a 03 Chevy Truck... And they said it would take 8 weeks! I ordered an entire Re manufactured Cluster, had it 2 days later for $205 (from a local Chevy dealer) I am sure they are VERY good at gauge/ clock restoration, but they need to check their prices and time frames for General repairs. I can not give negative comments on their quality of work as I did not have them do repairs... as they were $150 more (vs full replacement) and it would have taken almost 8 weeks longer?

I sent 2 gauges to be restored, an oil pressure gauge and a volt meter from a 1982 cj7 jeep.After a long time, I got them back.Not good!!! Theres white overspray on the oil gauge and it does not work.The volt meter looks good in appearance and again it also doesnt work .The mounting studs on the back of both gauges do not fit into mounting brackets, studs are too far apart.I think my one year warranty has expired so Im out over 300+ dollars.BEWARE!!!

Repaired my 1989 Camaro gauges and worked amazing!! Absolutely the best customer service!! Will recommend to all my friends!! Wouldnt send my stuff anywhere else!!

Sent in digital dash waited 3 months, then they said it would be 6 months before they could get it done and the cost was $750.00. Sent it back to me and did the same thing it did when I sent to them. Sent it back three(3) more times and still did not work. A total of ( 1) year and still no working dash. Talked to a guy that was helping us trouble shoot ( so we knew it was the dash and not the car)and he said he could fix for $326.00. Sent it to him 2 weeks later it is fixed and working great. They tried, just couldnt get it fixed. They did however give me a 50% refund.

2017- Ordered 66 Mustang Quartz conversion from NPD (before I knew I could order direct from Instrument Services,Inc ). The Conversion went well ( could not find B on back of of clock housing just found fomoco.)Instructions were enough to install and even had a trouble list. The defect I found was not listed The second hand ran backwards or bounced back and forth or not at all. I called the company and with Johns Help he explained I would need to find the one way gear (white gear on grey gear. Would need to re position the white gear slot into the pin found on the Plexiglas plane. Then press all the different Plexiglas planes back together so the pin could not move back out of the slot. Worked like a champ. John provided great service.I am a DYI type person but had no knowledge of clock movements, did not want to have to mail clock out for service. Thanks again John.

Ive been using these folks for at least 15 years now. Fantastic work, prices as quoted, gauges always work correctly first time. I run a restoration shop so we dont just send them a gauge every year or two, we send them several times a year! Their quartz clock conversions, 6 or 12 volt are spot on and accurate as my watch.
