Have left 3, in detail, messages for them over the last 4 days, and Zero callback.Their out going message tells you how important you supposedly are to them, but their promose to call back in 1 to 2 hours is basically just a gimmick. Too bad, we wouldve liked to work with them and give a solid and positive review, but if you cant trust someone to call back after 3 messages, how can you trust them to do anything else well.

If I could give Sam 10 stars I would. Sam came out today to look at my LG refrigerator which had stopped cooling and I could not have been happier with his service. He took his time diagnosing the problem and guiding us through the solution. My husband even said They dont make service men like that anymore. Everyone nowadays is just in a big hurry! I would never hesitate to utilize Sams services again.

Sam was GREAT! He informed me about 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was very knowledgeable about my LG dryer. Took it all apart and cleaned it. Repaired it and put it all back together. He even followed up the next day to see how it was working! My dryer actually dries my clothes and towels much faster since he fixed it! Don’t hesitate to call Sam for any repairs! Called Sam to look at a fridge that wouldn’t stop running…he was able to come out the next day, and diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the necessary parts. The recharge of the fridge coolant is apparently a specialized repair that only a few in the area are capable of doing, so Im glad I found him. Disclaimer, Sam did not work on my washing machine. I have an LG washer that I never liked and not only is he one of the few that would agree to work on it, he worked to fit me in his schedule at an earlier time. I talked with him about cost and value of getting it fixed. Sam worked with me back and forth to figure out a time to fix my fridge, while I tried to coordinate a time in my busy week. He didn’t complain or get upset with me, though I was definitely not making it easy for him. Despite that, he moved things around for me, showed up on time, and got the job done in 20 mins. Very impressed by his speed, precision, and professionalism.

The hose that is connected to the ice machine in my side by side started leaking and was filling up the ice bucket. The ice cubes were all frozen together. I called APPLIANCE REPAIR EXPERTS because of their reviews and my call was returned promptly. The machine needed a new hose connector. Sam ordered the part right there in my kitchen. He also shut the water off to the freezer. The part came in a couple of days later and installed it that day. Sam also does very clean work. He even cleaned behind the appliance. We called when we saw water on the floor after a heavy load. I called Sam Friday, he said between 10 and 2 on Saturday. He was here at 12, diagnosed the problem as too heavy a load, dog bed, with water over the lip of the drum on spin.Sam is personable, professional, and easy to work with. I contacted this business late on a Friday afternoon. Its very hard to find someone who will come out that late on a Friday. Sam came to our home, diagnosed the problem, and explained in detail what we needed. He got the part first thing Saturday morning and he was out and fixed it before noon on that Saturday. With a newborn in the house, this was awesome timing for us. Sam was very courteous and professional. I will definitely use him again. I have created a contact for him in my phone! Sam was very responsive when we first contacted him and was able to see us that same week for a refrigerator repair. Unfortunately there were still other issues which he informed us may be the issue. So we had to get more repairs done. We had to go through a hassle of getting everything approved with a home warranty, but Sam was understanding and took the time to explain the repairs in order to get it approved every time. For one of the last jobs we made a partial payment in order to get parts ordered and would pay the other half when it was completed. Sam was scheduled to fix it on a Friday evening and was a no call no show. After that it became increasingly difficult to get Sam to respond to my texts or voicemails about when he would finish the job. Months went by and we decided we would just like our partial payment back since he never came to do the job and he responded telling me he would give me my payment back, but didn’t. I had to continue texting him to give me my money back for about another month or two and he finally sent my money back through PayPal. I’m not sure why it took him months to send me my money back when it takes not even 5 minutes to send money through PayPal. I’m just glad to have my money back despite still having my fridge issue not fixed.

Called left message never called me back that was four days ago owner just called after seeing the review said was sorry demands I take down the review and then says going to flag me not to do business with go figure

I originally reached out to Sam at the beginning of February. He came to assess my washer and set up a time to fix it for 3 days later. He came to fix it, and realized what he thought was the issue, was not. I had to text him 2 days later to see if he had figured anything out, he responded a day later that he hadn’t. 4 days after that I text him again, no response. 2 days after that I text him again requesting my money back, he responded that he has one more thing to try to fix our washer and would bring my money back in 2 days. He never showed up and never called that he wasn’t coming. I texted him 4 days after his missed appointment and requested he refund my money, he responded, but did not refund. 4 days after that I again reminded him of the refund, nothing. 2 days after that I requested the refund and did not receive a response, but did get my refund. So about 4 weeks of time has passed with no results. Communication is key from a business and I did not receive that. If he couldn’t fix it then he should’ve said that from the beginning. There’s no shame in not knowing something, but there is shame in being unprofessional.

I like that the owner is willing to work with me, not only on payments but also to find out whats going on with my dryer. He cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure that they are happy with the work that is done. When a time is set up, they are pretty prompt on time.

When I called all the repair shops Sam was the one that returned my call even tho it was a holiday weekend.Sam figured out the problem promptly and repaired it. After doing so the dishwasher came up with another problem not related.Sam came back and took care of that problem also even though he was not obligated to do so. He did this for us for no charge.
