Tyri and Alex did an amazing job. My carpets were in pretty bad shape and for the most part they made them look new again! Both men were very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Men arrived shortly after 9AM and right on time...came in..said how they would clean each room..and started right in with carpet pre treat..protected entrance door for bugs getting in. Moved any remaining furniture to clean all areas of living room and dining room table..also moved and returned to clean that area. Finished up and explained when finished how long to let dry..put protective blocks under furniture legs to be removed when dry. Very friendly crew.

I had never really given air duct cleaning a second thought. I thought so long as I changed my furnace filter every month that all would be ok. After decades of sneezing and getting sore throats, I decided to check into having the ducts cleaned. I was first given an over all view of just what would be done and approximate length of time it would take. Then again, before starting anything, they went over step by step of what and how everything would be done. As far as I know my home had never had a professional cleaning. I know it hadnt for the over 46 years weve been here. I was shown video of the build up of crud in my ducts, then after the cleaning shown video of how clean it is now. I am so happy. After years of daily sneezing, I am now on my second day without a sneeze. I honestly wish Id had this done decades ago an highly recommend it. Thank you Stanley Steamer for a great job done. 👍

I need to know price on bowling out the ducks furnace ducks air ducts

So disappointed. Waste me of 2 hours driving and nothing can be done.

My wife and I are retired both of us are disabled. I was told that the workers would move furniture. I moved the hospital bed into another room. The hospital bed was on wheels. They left without replacing this furniture. In our other bedroom I was told that the bed was too big to move, I moved this bed as it was on wheels. Bait and switch, this is what they did. I was given a price over the phone for two rooms a staircase and a hallway. I made it clear and told the schedular that we had pets and the carpets needed to be disinfected. She confirmed and I was given a firm price. When two men arrived they told me the price would double if they were to use a disinfectant and what we were paying for was a cover smell that did not penetrate but only covered the surface and any smell would come back. They explained they had the product that would disinfect but it would be aplied at a aditional cost. Their web site said that they would wear mask both removed their mask once they started working. When I asked the two men to comply with their rules, one of the two covered, the second told me to trust him, that he was vacinated and he could not breath with a mask. A word of advice, if you are older or disabled, there are those who would take advanage of you. When I spoke to their manager he told me we got what we paid for. This whole operation was unprofessional.

They cleaned the carpets great but the guy just stole two checks from us. We called the main office immediately and they sent the guy back with one of the checks. I do not trust them anymore and I will not be using them ever again. Also when I did my quote online it said it would cost $96. When the guy showed up he said $104. But when we called about the guy leaving with two checks, they said it should have only been $99. I will definitely be going else where!

It took 9-10 visits to complete the job. A small stain on carpet that the technicians removed, but in doing so, created a larger stain and buckling of carpet in another area. They kept coming back to treat new stain and only made it worst. They obviously did not know what they were doing. One tech, Coby, recognized the problem. I requested that he (and only him) come out to do the repair work, but they scheduled him elsewhere. Finally, after the 9-10th visit, Coby came (at 7:00 am in the morning) and removed the stain. The buckling was corrected, by an outside company, about midway through this process.Simply stain that should have been handled correctly from the start. Technicians need to have the training necessary to complete the job successfully. I asked the owner Paul, early on, to stop over to see what was going on but he did not come over. I know, that if Coby would have come out when I requested him, the problem would have been fixed after 2, maybe 3, visits. The whole thing was unacceptable and I had to pay for this fiasco. I will never use Stanley Steemer again and will let my family and friends know what a bad experience this was. I made myself available for 9-10 days - waiting for SS to come over and attempt to fix the problem, only to discover that they made things worse.

My opinion is that you should train your crews better. They were in and out in no time. Im guessing they must have had a plane to catch or something.For the $100 i paid i expected a much better job,than a couple of guys tracking in dirt with their street shoes on while they are cleaning my carpet was defeating the purpose.And is it asking too much for your workers to wear uniforms? Upon answering my door i didnt know if they were cleaners or someone looking for directions at first look.To close my carpet looks and smells the same as before they came. I couldve rented a shampooer and did a better job.I wont make that mistake again. Ill bypass Stanley Steamer when i need a clean carpet.One star because i would not be able to post otherwise.

Stanley Steemer is advertising DAILY in my area on the radio for dryer vent cleaning. I called them three times before someone finally called me back to schedule an appointment. When I went to schedule my dryer vent cleaning, the representative stated that he would be driving from an hour and a half away, that this service isnt really offered in my area, and since I am not having other vents cleaned as well, it wasnt really worth his while. I asked why they are advertising every day on 100.5 for a service they dont have, and his response was, well, thats probably not a good idea. Sigh. I have used them for carpet and upholstery cleaning for years with great service so I was excited when I heard they offered this service as well. Very disappointing.

They showed up when they were supposed to. But the problem I have is that when I purchased my order online, I paid extra for deodorizer. When they arrived and started cleaning they acted like they were doing me a favor by adding the deodorizer. Cant say my carpets smell or look any different. Will not be a repeat customer in the future.

We needed our hand-me-down chair cushions steam cleaned because not only had they been around cats, but the cats had urinated on them. My fiance and I are both allergic to cats and steam cleaning has worked in the past. When the cushions were returned, they still had stains and cat hair all over, and still reeked of cat urine. You can even feel the rough patch of fabric where I had attempted to scrub out the stain with resolve months ago. The real sign that told me the cushions were never cleaned is we have both had serious allergic reactions to the cushions since theyve returned. Dont trust these people to do what you paid them to do.
