I was having trouble with my Laptop and took it here. It took under a few hours to get fixed and it’s working great. The man, who works there, is responsible and won’t just take your money to rip you off. I really recommend him and use his service again.

A first class service by an absolute gentleman. This man saved my computer for $30 in under eight minutes when other experts told me it was locked forever and unfixable and to throw it away. An honest straightforward service, from the second I put my device in his hands he told me he would do his best said it was old technology but he would see what he could do and how much it would cost upfront, no shady BS lazy story just a willingness to work and fix my device for a fair price, and he was just as polite, patient and decent to the other customer who went ahead of me in the queue. I wish there were more stars as I would give this guy six stars. A sincere thank you for a perfect experience. I would return any day.

As luck would have it I dropped an $800 HP ENVY touchscreen pc... googled my way into a heart-attack by looking up repair solutions, and convulsed at the options and cost. While all other competitors gave an estimate of 3-4 days to even diagnose the issue, Computer Solution A was able to deliver not only the same day but also within the hour for a fraction of the competitors cost. Really polite and they may know what they are doing. However, they just replace parts. My laptop motherboard has charging problems, and their solution was to buy another motherboard. I was just not impress with their solution. Also, they charge in order to give you a diagnostic, while other places dont.Giving 3 start because they may be good at the services that they provide, even when these services are limited.

I’m not sure if COVID plays a part of the business..I gave a 1 star but if could give a zero I would.As a 1st time customer I was not impressed withthe service I received.. Google their business and sawA 4 star thinking it was going to be a good experiencebut the business was not open as stated ..Called the numberslisted and did get a call promptly but that’s where the balldropped ..the call was returned after I was at another appointment..no kind of apology for not being open .. no apology for the 2nd call returned an hour and half after .. and only because I returned the call..not sure if the businesswasn’t needed or a lack of professional skills.. No accommodations to the missed trip ..nor the tardiness of returning calls..Only to say I could return 4 days laterAgain I say Best Wishes as I hung up the phone..very disappointed in black American business.. its hard to patronize when you don’t have a chance..I will let my community know this business does represent a 4 star ..Take your business elsewhere best advice..

My son damaged his video card port on his motherboard. It would no longer read his gaming video card. I called a few places and left messages. A Computer Solution called me back. I took his PC in and he informed me it needed a new motherboard. The only one he found, had to be shipped from China. He gave me no guarantees that if I paid for it that he would receive it. I said lets try it since it is cheaper than buying a new PC. Two weeks later he called and said the motherboard was there. We took the PC to the shop and three hours later, my son had the biggest smile on his face. He only charged $240 for everything. I gave him a nice tip because he saved me so much money. He was honest about our options and he delivered at a fantastic price. Most of all, my son had a smile on his face which melted my heart. If you have any computer issues you need resolved, A Computer Solution should be your first and only place to get your problem fixed! I will never take mine or my sons anywhere else.

I went in on a Saturday thinking that it would a be a few days for my computer to get fixed. To my surprise, it was fixed within one hour. Great service for a great price. I will recommend people to go!

Very unprofessional says open by 11 but they choose to open whenever they like. Very imcompetent, the so called computer technicians here dont approach customers with respect, they dont keep to appointment times, they steal parts of your hardware if you refuse to get your system repaired after they tell you the price, I dont know how they got a 5 star but they are very unreliable. I am never coming back here ever and I will never recommend them to anyone an enemy nor a friend.
