I had 5 dresses to be alterations and when I received the dresses back the back was short and the front was long and when I call to ask about the back being short and the front was long she said that I agree to this.i reply we agreed on the back even with the front .this is what you wrote on the receipt and the back is not even with front and can she fix it she said no.so please dont take your clothes here.because she dont care about her customer at all.I dont understander how people can take your money.that ok no good come to people who take for other people.

Im extremely sad I did not look at reviews before I came here. I have literally been less than one week here as I moved from California. Brought 5 pieces to be tailored which totaled $60. Was told to give cash up front which seemed strange to me but I had faith. What was to happen next I would have never imagined in a million years but they have no YELP presence and that should have been a warning. Monday, the 20th, the clothes were ready for pick up. I attempted pick up on the 21st. Not ready. Come back in three hours. I do not know this area but being in the car for a long period of time back and forth is not something I look forward to. I came back with my receipt and cash on the table. Cash was taken immediately and clothes were not given. I asked her what happened. She went to the back. I said, can we talk to your manager, where are my clothes? Shes out of town, the lady said. Then- You picked them up. No. NO I did not, and you took my money...and put it in a drawer I probably could have reached over and grabbed, but thats illegal. SO, I called the cops. 30 minutes later I explained to LAW enforcement the situation - that she took my money and CLOTHES, NO job was done. She cryed to the cops and said she was the manager. She lied to me that her manager was out of town then back tracked and said the owner was out of town and not expected back. Cops told me it was a civil problem and to take it up with small claims. Im here a week. I have my Cali drivers license. That can NOT happen being from out of state. Cops say - nothing we can do and she doesnt want you back on the property so if you come back again (WOULD ANYONE??!!) I would be ARRESTED. So, no clothes, no money and Smyrna cops -NO PROTECTION. Welcome to Georgia.

Horrible experience! Do NOT go there. I asked to get my pants hemmed and she didnt cut enough so I was stepping all over the edges. When I asked her for a refund she called the police!! The police arrived and was so confused because the lady did not speak much English. I told him I asked for a refund and that was all. The lady couldnt explain herself and charged me for 7 pants that she did wrong. I had to buy 4 new pants because she hemmed them too short and the others too long. Horrible!

She does great work. Old school tailor who does it all herself

I got my pants taken in for an upcoming evebt. She did a great job gave me exactly what I asked for. I would go back.

DO NOT GO THERE! horrible customer service and she messed up my dress, admitted it, told me to turn the material so you cant tell, then walked away! Didnt so much as offer me a refund. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MISTAKE OF GOING TO DO YOUR ALTERATIONS HERE!
