Seemless rental with last minute accommodations and friendly customer service. I literally walked in and they were prepared to get me into a rental within minutes. Though, I had to cancel my request due to another rental request made the day prior being fulfilled after all. However, I recommend their services, their cars looked clean and decent, they offer unlimited mileage for a small fee and you can use your own insurance. I will keep them in mind for future trips for sure.

WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!They are a rip off. I rented an old 2 door chevrolet cobalt and when i returned the car they claimed a hubcap was missing and kept $100 of my deposit. I told them I did not hit anything so it must not have been on good to begin with. I could by a set of hub caps for $20. The manager never called me back. BEWARE

Tacky place rented me out a car from here and it broke down the same day causing me to have a accident.. do not buy from these people they are about to go out of business 😂😌 respectfully

They are expensive but the process is so easy just have your own insurance, Valid DL from any state, cash, check, debit or credit card. They accept cashapp cards and chime cards as well .

After first I thought this was a great place to rent a car but its not because they rent junk cars I had a Nissan Versa an when I went to stop something happen and the wheel lock up an the car stop in the middle of the road so I had to called the police to help me move the car an I also had to call a tow truck but they going to tell me I ran over something I got a report from the police an it say nothing we’re in the road an also the tow truck driver said they had a recall on the car an that he could tell the car was a junk but they didn’t want to replace the car or give me my 200 back so if you need a car DONT GET ONE FROM CASH RENTAL

This is my second time renting from this establishment and loved it the first time! I came to rent a car for five days while my car is in the shop. This place has a nice selection of cars to choose from. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle of my choosing. Paperwork was simple to fill out.

I’ve rented cars from here a couple times. The price is more than far and the cars are pretty nice. Very friendly and professional staff are always willing to help.

Decent number of cars to choose from, however a bit high per day for cars that are not in that great of cosmetic shape. Choosing to rent per week is cheaper than by the day. Refundable $200 cash deposit. friendly service. They do try to give you the best deal possible.

I have not rented from here but I took a girlfriend here the other day and she said the process was amazing she was able to pay cash to get a Rent-A-Car a cash deposit instead of using a debit or credit card which she did not have so that worked out great for her and I was the one that drove her there because this was really fast and if I ever need to rent a car this is where I’ll go

These guys are dishonest and rude! He tells my coworker that he can rent to me but the computers turn off at 545 and it was ok to rent to an out of state resident.I called myself at 548 as we tried to get there and his computers were just fine. He said, we got cars, you got money? Really? Do I have money? No dude, Im paying with beaver pelts, you slack-jawed yokel! It sounded like he was a drug dealer, not a service professional.He then changed his story and said I had to be in state. I wont trust a man with no integrity and they have none.I will never try to rent from these people. Look at the reviews and how many times theyve been accused of dishonesty.

I needed a reliable rental to go to my daughters Army basic training graduation and then to transport her to AIT. I dont have a credit card and dont have good credit. I cannot say enough good things about Cash Car Rental on Veterans Memorial Highway. The customer service I got from Brianna! She got me taken care of with a nice, reliable van! When it came time to return the rental my cash deposit was back to me the same day with no issues! I love it! Both Brianna and the other gentleman that assisted me were very pleasant and down to earth! In my world customer service goes a long way and honestly I have rented from places before using others credit cards and I was added as an additional driver and the rates that I got from Cash Rental were really comparable if not cheaper than the prices that I was facing with Enterprise, Budget, Avis and Hertz. I will be back and I am definitely referring people here! I am a hard critic so trust me when I tell you that you will not be disappointed! Oh and by the way, I read a review that said they are extremely racist and just to say I am an African American woman and NEVER got that impression at all from them.

I have been renting from them off and on since 2009 and the experience is pleasant and easy. Unlike other rental places there is no stall and wondering if they are going to deny you for some reason. I love that the deposit is only $100 and you get that back when you return the vehicle. I will continue to use them as long as I need a rental.

I would not recommend this place. I rented a 2009 Hyundai Accent. Leaving work i had a blow out on the freeway causing me to spin out and all I thought was I cant wreck this vehicle. I was able to eventually stop safely with out harm to myself and the vehicle. I had to call a tow. When the tow truck driver arrives. He pointed out that the tires had mismatch lugs, one was missing and the spare was used. The original tire had several plugs not just one. He stated that was very unsafe and Im lucky to be alive. He could not put the spare on. I Pay to have it towed home. Have someone else struggle to get this tire on. Had to purchase a 4 way because the kit in the back on matched one lug. Get it to them and there compensation was a free rental for the day the car was not even drivable. I could have had my kids in car or could have died while they r renting unsafe vehicles. I have spent in one week over 500 dollars with the deposit and the repair of their vehicle. They need better inspection of their vehicles and better customer service. They feel since u have to resort to their service that they can treat you any kind of way because u need them. But in any business you need the customer just as much. So if you need a rental and cant go the traditional route call all ur friends and family before you go to this place.....

They really treat you nice at this location. They were tolerable of my what I call mommy brain and allowed me to pull up the insurance stuff from my phone. I especially love when they run specials.

The customer service is VERY POOR. And the false advertisement is not good either. I called and talk to a guy at first, early in the day. We discussed prices and cars. He stated they close at 6. Which the website states as well. I call and let the young lady who answered know that I was less than 10 minutes away. And she stated they stop rental @5:15. Now had I known that I would have left work earlier than I already did. The young lady was rude and very unhelpful. And proceeded to raise her voice at me and hung up the phone. I felt very disrespected

The manager(who states he has been employed there for 10 yrs) doesnt know his own contract.If you call and ask to rent a car for the purposes of taking the Georgia DMV driving test. He will tell to to come on down. we will take care of you. Knowing on the contract it states on line I of the agreement. NO contest, NO testing or racing. The DMV will send you away. No refund. But the good thing is. If you need a car. They will rent you a car with a learners permit alone. They did me. So Good Luck and use a reputable car rental company. Oh my name Is James Easley!

My experience with Cash rentals was good. If your looking to rent for more that just a day or two, If you dont want to, or cant rent with a debit card, I would recommend them. The only thing I dont really like is that there is a 3-day minimum rental period. Service was good also.

I was in need of a car for a couple of days and didnt have a credit card to use, this place offers car rentals for cash. It wasnt overly priced, the employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. They will work with you to help insure you get what you need.

I repeat dont rent a car through this company. They will keep your deposit for no reason at all .They took my money from my card and turn my rental off for no reason at all just to so they can close early .They at very unprofessional and very rude.The answering service says they close at 7pm and their office hours says the close at 6pm.And they are always leaving before 5 pm.I was told by Veronica, that she was closing the store early to go clubbing on her birthday.The owner is very rude and unprofessional.Also when I needed to get my deposit back I was told they werent giving it back.I am definitely taking them to court and reporting to Better Business Bureau .Also I suspect fraudulent going on because my card was block do to suspect fraud,it only did it with only this company.Make you think so please do not waste your time with this company.A total rip-off.Again you been warned 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

First off. This place is awesome. I see all these bad reviews. Those most be bad customers. Aint nothing bad about the cars here. You can rent a Porsche or a Hummer here. This place is really the best hook up on cars. You can be in and out in 10mins. You cant do that anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and call this place. I know they have another store too. Was personally called by the owner about early return and was assured the account would be noted...Called today to verify before reserving another rental. Ofcourse, Owner not in and account wasnt noted. Ive rented from this establishment for years even when they were called Bankhead Autos. Rule of thumb...dont volunteer lies...Owner shouldve never called me...and I wouldve never called to ask about credit.
