Women that answered the phone was pretty rude. I was calling to ask about having a baby shower there and she sounded mad and in a mean tone said no you cant use this venue.

She promised too much I paid thousands of dollars to have great service but she endured up taking away most stuff from my contract and started lying the day of my daughters 15 saying that was not in the contract plus the last thing that she did was that I got to the party on the day of the party and I wanted red and orange roses to with the theme but she put ugly yellow dead flowers be careful because personally I wouldnt come backMi consejo es k antes d firmar contrato mejor escriban todo lok ustedes piden y lo mas importante lok estan pagando aun asi les intentara labar el cerebro hablandoles d mamita. Friendly staff that were professional at all times. The place was clean and able to accomodate our large community.

Very good, very large living room and very friendly waiters

What I liked about this event room is that I didnt have to worry about anything at all. They took care of food, drinks, cake, waiters, music, and room arrangement. For a reasonable price.The only thing I make a suggestion is in the hallway to go to the bathrooms, the floor is extremely slippery and many people complained about falling, including my 15-year-old daughter and one of the chamberlains.Take note of this problem so that no one is going to have a serious accident.Thank you very much for the service and attention you gave us ....

I imagine it depends on the package you select, but everything went very well. The service, and the food, which had dishes for adults, and dishes for children.
