They towed a truck..thats thier job..but we found it had been damaged while moved. We were nice about it. Then they looked at it for a while and said can you prove it was us I felt sick because we are not that type to try and get over. The worst service from the owner ever.

Excellent timing & service. The gentleman arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was more than welcoming and informativeabout best option to get my car in gear. He gave it a jump then rechecked to make sure all was working properly.Then he directed to a place to get a new battery and followed me to the location to make sure I got there with no problem. I cannot recommend them higher.

Good response time

Dispatch and driver were extremely courteous and friendly. Once I placed the call, the driver was at location in about ten minutes! He even gave me great advise on where to get tire and rim in local area. Love love love Howards! Recommend to anyone and I will continue using!

I had Calvin and he was great! Polite, on time (actually early) patient, super careful and just the sweetest southern chocolate man! Hopefully I wont need to be towed again 😂 BUT if I do, I will be calling them again, thank you!

We were stranded at night waiting on another tow service when Brad was passing through and stopped to check on us. He actually called our tow service to see their ETA and then waited with us in the cold until the other tow truck came! Thanks so much for just being awesome Brad!! If I ever need another tow, Im calling Howards!

Scheduled a tow for 8 am the day before I needed it, also pre paid for the tow, 8:45 am still no tow truck, called and was told they had emergency calls come in and couldnt make our 8 am appointment,,, So you couldnt call me and let me know? I guess my time is not important to you, but it is to my customers and me! very disappointed in them! if it wouldnt be such a pain to get my money back I would!

I cant rave enough... The guy that helped me knew exactly what he was doing... I had a very frustrating night before he showed up so that was helpful. He was pleasant to talk to since he gave me a ride home and just overall the best experience Ive had with a tow truck company!!!!

My car died last night and when we tried to jump it, it didnt work. I called Howards to come and tow it this morning. When he showed up, he made sure it was not the battery and tightened the connection. And that is all it was! I did not get his name who came to help me, but he was friendly, helpful, professional and very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

They are so far from me that it was cost prohibitive to use them HOWEVER they were SO KIND in taking the time to look up and recommend several good services with their same quality and cost. I just wish I could have used them. Where you have quality people you have quality service!!!

Used Phil and his guys last summer, was at six flags with another family. Came out and other families car from Fla had tranny issues, called Phil, and within 10 mins had a truck there. Ended up being able to get it fixed on location at least well enough to get them home. Prompt service was great.

After waiting about 2 hours for another towing company, SPD called Howards. Mr. Brad was there in not even 10 minutes and was so nice and knowledgable. He not only fixed the immediate problem but took the time to make a call and help me figure out the bigger issue after he had taken my payment. I was very impressed. Great job, guys.

Dont use this place. I got in an accident and the police called them to tow my vehicle. When I went to get my stuff out of my vehicle they had stolen several of the things I left in there. I called them to ask about it and they were very rude saying they don’t go in the vehicle.I know thats not true because they went though it in front of me at the location of the accident and handed me a few things. The police officer also told them to take me with them when they towed the vehicle but they left me there when the towed my vehicle.

Fyi for all you out there who thinks the business is closed at night. Google has it posted wrong. Howards is open 24/7, just for those who are in need of help, I should know, Im one of their night drivers.
