Product wise, they delivered superbly. They replaced my headliner. Your car will be in good hands. When it comes to communication, they were quite slack. After I put down the deposit for my service, they were supposed to call me when my material arrived- within 3 days or so. Almost two weeks went by and I CALLED THEM. Whom ever answered said that my material had been there and he didn’t know why I wasn’t contacted. There’s a lack of urgency that I’m not a fan of. AND I don’t appreciate being charged a process fee for using a debit card as payment. That’s something that the business should be eating. Not the customer. Their customer service is something left to be desired.

I doubted anything could be done for my truck leather seat. But Mr Perfect end results was inspirational. Perfect match. I am a client forever. Thank you Mr Perfect.

The work I saw being done was beautiful!!! They were customizing a truck. The bucket seats were in view while I was there. He let me check out the detail work that was done and politely answered my questions about the process. I highly recommend this shop for those who need upholstery repairs.

This place is dirty and nasty..they tore up my car left trash all over it scratched the inside.any review left on their website are family members or friends there is NO WAY ANYONE IS HAPPY WITH THEM. Check your product before u buy it to male sure its not stolen..Go somewhere else and let professionals do the work. They dont even have insurance or a business licence i could find, ........in response to the owner reply..that is a straight Lie.. u never once reached out to me and offered anything to make it right....and every chance I get...i make sure that I steer customers somewhere else..

I found Mr Perfect Customs by accident, the alarm shop I usually go to was on vacation. I was told by a repair shop that my alarm kill switch was why my truck wasnt starting on and off, then not at all. I took to the internet to find another shop that did auto alarms and found Mr. Perfect Customs. I had my truck towed their and they found it wasnt the alarm kill switch. Further trouble shooting they found it to be the starter and they arent a repair shop. The shop stayed open after closing to complete the job, by doing this they rate high for me to return and do business. I did return when I had problems with my automic door locks and the problem was resolved. Thanks Mr. Perfect Custom.

I had a 2005 Nissan Altima with a standard navigation in it and I could not find nobody to replace it and put a radio in until I went to mr. perfect customs where he literally save to day I couldnt listen to even of my music because there was no AUX in the car so I was dying jus listen to FM radio, Doe the owner there took very good care of me even went as far as to get the part I needed and couldnt find out of another car to put in minds jus to save me the stress, so if your looking for a great audio place look no more
