The driver Emmanuel is very decent and kind guy and made me feel very safe...from my work home.

Henry, the driver was soliciting me for the oldest profession in the world. Saying, Im beautiful when he put me in the front sest. Overcharging me, each time. Asking personal questions. Telling me he has a house. Wanting to know if I have a daughter. I doubt he has a license to do business. NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE TAKING BUSINESS AWAY FROM LICENSED CAB DRIVERS

Called this morning and said he was on the way when drop another customer and when I called back at 4:30 am and he wasnt coming he was sick really poor customer service and I to be to work at 5AM

Called for a taxi to take me to the store and back and whoever answered the phone told me that they would see if anyone was available. After waiting for 20-30 minutes no one ever called back and let me know anything and when I tried calling back all I kept getting was the answering machine. This is no way to do business, at least let a potential customer know something and not ignore them.

Henry is a gentleman in all ways! The only thing was when I called back for a ride to work he never answered! Hope he is ok
