Maxx Duct Cleaning arrived on time. Process was explained and we were asked if there were any questions. Both staff were very polite, courteous and considerate. We have three cats and they helped move them from each room. Advised about the sanitizer that was all natural before proceeding. Showed pictures of before and after. Had our air conditioning system and ductwork cleaned yesterday. We thought we had it done 6 years ago but Jeff said he does not believe the system was cleaned out, probably just the ductwork, due to the amount of debris that was sucked out of the system. I was blown away at the thought that I was breathing all that for all this time! Jeff and his assistant did a phenomenal job! Excellent communication. Showed up when they said they would. They were very efficient and were able to answer all of my questions. We really noticed the difference in our home after they were done. This service is awesome! We were so sick in our new condo and couldnt figure out why.
