I used ATL-AIR to disconnect and move my AC condenser so that I could have some foundation work completed. They gave me the best price, and provided punctual and friendly service. After my foundation work was completed, they returned to re-install the unit to its original location. All very professionally done.

ATLAIR also does fantastic plumbing! These guys replumbed my whole house, including adding new pex piping to replace the copper, a hot water recirculation pump, and whole house filter! These guys came in, got right to work, cut only where they needed, and made sure everything worked several times before turning it over. I would absolutely use them for major work! Great job! David and his team did a very thorough job and were pleasant to work with. They did a tuneup/checkup on our system and only found a minor problem, which they fixed. It was nice they didn’t “discover” (make up) expensive (unneeded repairs). We have also used them for some electrical installations. They are very honest and reliable.

I am so happy with ATLAIR. We found David through our homeowners FB page. He came out a couple of months ago for a tune-up and gave us some recommendations. Well, yesterday at 4pm our air stopped working. I sent a text and received a prompt response that he could come today. Low and behold the issue was one of the items he recommended. He even remembered noting it months earlier. He took care of the issue as well as the other two recommended services we chose to have taken care of in around an hour.David is very personable great with communication and takes the time to explain whats going on. I dont remember the young mans name but he was at my house really quick and was really honest. Best of all he didnt charge me for a filter that I needed which was long overdue to be changed since I had him install a new ac unit. Really great work I would totally call him again for all my ac needs.

I had been needing a replacement HVAC for years now, but was worried the cost would be really expensive. ATLAIR gave me a great price for an Amana 3ton unit, 60K BTU heater and all new ducts! They finished the job in just two days and didnt obligate me to pay a deposit, albeit, I knew them personally too. Nonetheless, they did a fantastic job and my house is cool and comfortable now. Really happy! Price anywhere else would have been at least a thousand or more I am sure. They hauled the old unit and any trash too. Very satisfied and would recommmend. Had the work done end of April 2017.

Not so with ALTAIR. David, and David (yes, the two Davids), did a fantastic job repairing my Carrier Infinity hvac system when it malfunctioned. I called at 10:30 this morning (Aug. 31, 2017). A human being answered my call-not a call queue- and yes, even though we are going into the Labor Day weekend, they got to my home within a few hours [if youve ever had an hvac situation, you know this is MAJOR]. They assessed the problem, coordinated with Sears, who couldnt get here until September 5th (hmmmm), then ALTAIR obtained the parts. They came back and repaired our a/c system in less than 30 minutes. This was all done the SAME DAY, for a FAIR PRICE! They did not gouge us. Now, I have been with Sears since 2010, and dealt with other companies prior to 2010 - and from my experience(s), I can tell you that most hvac companies, these days, are a total nightmare; they simply do not provide this level of SUPERIOR SERVICE. ALTAIR REALLY DELIVERS. Based on my experience with them today, I will always recommend them to anyone!

Awesome company with a personal touch. Same day service. My air went out on a very hot ATL day and my dogs and I were miserable. David came and took great care of me and didnt leave until the house started cooling off. He took the time to answer all of my questions even though his work shift had ended. He told me how long it would take for the house to reach my desired temperature. He went back and double checked everything and gave me his number to reach him if I had any problems.
