Great to see blacks working there and he was kind & helpful in south gate its not abt spanish people but all color they have no right just for thier own kind.

Came here and was ready to purchase my things and felt completely uncomfortable by the actions of two cashiers. I was on Marsols register the “Cashier of the year” I didn’t think the way she yelled at the girl was appropriate nor the other girl to respond to her in such tone nor shouldn’t someone representing management should be talking to a young worker like that in a rude manner. Instead of finishing her task on the register she brought 2 others to chat instead of finishing task on hand and leaving me and a few others to wait in line while she left to talk i don’t feel like coming back again anytime soon and thankfully I wasn’t rung up by Marsol but young lady named America 10/10 service from her. FYI you need to check up on her management skills. ASAP she shouldn’t have that tone/attitude towards her employees or anyone in general. Sadly the other girl was crying when I left and felt bad.

The costumer service by Aaron was top tire! the lines were really long but aaron was able to get me out the store quickly, he opened up a register for me and made sure there was more registers open after that. 5/5 stars would recommend. i willdefinitely be coming back!

I liked the store, though it was a little dark and kind of small (Im used to the one in North Hollywood where I use to live). It was easy to find things and the staff were very helpful. Especially since I happen to be disabled and am in a wheel chair. Prices werent to bad. And of course I found my favorite sparkling water. Their brand which happens to be First Street Black Cherry. Ive always liked going to Smart &Final. Theyve always had good custumer service. And I look forward to going back. It was my first time shopping at this location. I would definetly recomend it.

I enjoy going there. Especially the cashiers theyre pretty fast and efficient. Never wait long. And its always so peaceful in there easy shopping..

This is the second smart and final i visited today and both had no chicken wings 😞😞

Prices are average to high. Cashier didnt utter a sound or word, even though I was polite and said Hello and Thank you. Be careful when you place people on high pedestals for being heroes. They just might be above speaking to us commoners, uh I mean customers.

The person on the phone went to help out a cashier had me on the phone for 7 minutes before he came back to the phone Im in the store watching him all at the sametime he never went to check for the green tomatoes just lied 😥

I love Grocery Outlet. There prices and there food and the products they have like delicious candelas and their beer for super cheap. I love it.

I love this place more than ever now just because the sincere service by the real lovely friendly an cant forget the concerning employees an management team they have on hand but From my recent experience I got dropped off in a lyft yesterday an I remembered I left both of my phones in the lyft! An the employees quickly informed the management team they did what they didnt have to do an is not in there job description an called my cellphone for me also kept me up to date until my phones was returned to me I really really appreciate them truly I definitely recommend this store to all! You cant receive better customer service than that!

Cashier charged me a wrong price on the meat that was marked down for a lot less, for the store policy the meat should have been free but she wouldnt understand it, she still proceeded to charge me for it cashiers name is Marisol. She needs training with her policy. Very unsatisfied.

One of the cashiers by the name Marisol has the best customer service she is very nice and attentive when you need help finding out the prices not only that, but she makes the lines go fast! The best cashier I have ever met.

This store is always clean and organized. And its a really big store . Their workers are friendly and they will always help you if you need to find something .

This location is clean& organized . The reps were cool. I asked for help bcz it was myb1st time in the store & they assisted me right away... I liked that...the shelves were fully stocked & ready for the day...I got in there early before stuff starts getting hard to find on the shelves.

South Gate/Lynwood is the straight ghetto of Los Angeles. However, this store is nicely stocked. I appreciate that they are practicing social distancing guidelines. The checkout lines move quickly and every Checker that I have encountered is very polite. I like shopping in this particular store.

The cashier on register 4 was so helpfull, great place for groceries

Everything contrary to yesterdays. They have all there specials that are shown in their weekly ads and the cashier is nice her name is Jacky.

Your never greeted. They are not professional and customer service rate 0. They have wrong pricing on sale items and do not try and correct their mistake and have a bad attitude when you point out a problem. They do not care about customers or providing great customer service.

I enjoyed shopping at this location. The store was very clean. The employee that checked me out was very friendly. My only complaint is that I was cold the whole time. And I talk to another customer jokingly who said she was cold too. But I will definitely be shopping at smart and final in Lynwood again. With a jacket... LOL 😛

This one in Lynwood didnt have what I was looking for. I guess they are all different. So it was okay but I think I like Montebellos best since it has more sea food.

It is the closest SmartNFinal, and it is coveniently located on a major boulevard where I can continue shopping at other stores. And I really like the prices.
