In a moment where Im having a bad day, do to personal problems my axle breaks in the middle of a cross street. Great how can this day get any worse? I call Henry and he answers immediately and also gave a great price. He says it will take him about 45 min to arrive. So I say Im in the middle of a cross street if he can get there sooner that will be great. He says okay Ill leave now. I start making conversation with a local while cars are beeping at my car expecting it to move even though I had my emergency lights on. It felt about 30 min when he arrived which was fairly quick. He realizes my wheel is too damaged to lift with his lifter but makes it happen by making a sling. On the way back home I had a conversation and he was really cool, it helped me calm down from the really bad day I was having. I was worried about parking my car in my driveway do to the small streets but he tried his best to leave the car where I needed it to be and ended up leaving in a perfect position. Great service, fast response, great all around experience. Thanks

I called all the tow companies around my area for a 15 mile tow everybody wanted $180 to $195 HRtowing charge me $100 flat I couldnt believe it that he even has wifi inside his truck Im 18 years old and this is the first time I use a tow company but I recommend HR towing to all my friends hes the cheapest around
