Very helpful an professional they hooked me up with my state tax check my kid tore it in half an wrote all over it an they were still able to take care of me

I came in to PLS today and it seemed pretty busy, but seeing as it was Friday it was expected. The Line was near the door when I got here but seem to be moving pretty quickly so I decided to wait in line and hope for the best since I was only here for a money order. Within about 5 minutes I was already at the front of the line, The staff and managers here do a good job at making sure we get in and get out as fast as possible during this hard time and social distancing. Would recommend to anyone looking for cheap fees and FREE money orders. Wonderful, Friendly Crew!!

I came in to this location and left with a big smile on my face, Crystal was great she helped me out with questions I had. She was on top of the social distancing guidelines and sanitizing the area. She was very fast and efficient. I will be returning and recommending this location, this young lady was just amazing and very helpful. I hope they recognize her for her amazing customer service!!

This pls is always clean there polite always take care of me whether is too cash my check, send money or pay bills they maintain a safe environment 6 ft distance and 4 people at a time there real professional and always looking to help you in a fast matter of time if your handicap or have any kind of disability they will move you to front of line and assist you fast they do car registration as well u name it they do it all great friendly environment professionals and i consider this pls in lynwood number 1 in the whole city and county of Los Angeles and in the state of California will highly recommend to everybody to come check them out on sanburn and long beach blvd in the city of lynwood real clean place always disinfecting and making sure place is sanitize for the public will continue to come and will highly recommended to others

I always come to pls in Lynwood to cash my checks every Friday and they always help me quick and always really cool people recently helped by Luis and shonta and they always have great service.

40 min waiting. 5 people working 1 window open. There was more than 10 people in line and not one of them opened a window. We do not have all day to cash a check. No movement at all. The manager did nothing about it. I would give zero stars if that was a choice. Bad bad customer service.

Bad bad service!! Grave yard work worker was supper bad. She had a whole line and it moved not once! NAME: Priscilla. I looked at her name tag. She was horrible and very disrespectful. Not only to me but to other customers. 6/1/17 10:30 pm she needs to go.. Asap before I call corporate on her.

Shondae...shontae.... whatever. Rude. Rude. Rude. I go in trying to cash my first payroll check and tells me is fraud! Like really?!? So I ask her for proof to show my employer and she says she can’t give me anymore info. Makes no sense! She than says to me,” you’re lucky I’m handing you the check and ID back.” No B!t$h!!! You’re handing it to me because you know it’s not fraud. I waited in a long as line for that to happen! I called prior to that to ask if I could cash it and they said yes! I’m going to the location on Soto. That DM and employers are much helpful and nice. And actually answer the customers phone calls. No they know how to make things easier. Lynwood and Shon... you suck!!!

I was told to go in at 630 am for DMV services. The manager acted like if there was a sign stating that today they opened at 10.The problem isnt the hours, its the customer service.

Came to load a prepaid card and they said they couldnt do it because they dont work with MetaBank. I came here because, obviously your website states otherwise. I dont have time to explain to people how to do their job but come on, not even the supervisor on duty knew about it. Horrible service and they couldnt even look into it, I was the only one there at 11:45pm. I guess these employees must think they work at a milk plant, because they just stand there milking the time clock while the consumer pays the outrages fees for their pay check. Must I say more?...

Mal servicio fui a cambiar un money orden de eyos mismo k lo cual tiene más de un año k me lo dieron y me dijeron k iva perder valor le dije k estaba bien k no abia problema me dijeron el monto k me ivsn a dar y después me dijeron k no k no me lo podían cambiR able ala número del money orden y me dijeron k si lo tiene k cambiar k no entienden xk no lo cambiaron claramente en el reverso del money orden dise k si lo pueden cambiar después de un año pero va perder valor

No lo recomiendo por que el personal es muy lento parecen tortugas sstad las tortugas son mas rapidos que ellos hay como 20 trabajadores y solo hay dos en las ventanillas y solo se la pasan ablando y cuesta que te atiendan por ese motivo todo el tienpo hay mucha jente asiendo linea yo eh tardado astad 40 minutos para poder canviar mi cheque si yo fuera el manager ya los hubiera corrido a todos por lentos por que son muy lentos
