Got everything done over the phone for my new house. I just set up an appointment so I didnt have to wait. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I was given everything i needed to just plug and play. Great service and friendly.

Rude agent here attended me named Luz. Her older age may have been an issue with her performance and the wait time here is incredibly long. To start off I had spoken with a spectrum supervisor over the phone and I came here to pick my installation kit and there was a note made by the supervisor on my account thay the agent had to take a picture of an appointment scheduled in my phone and send it to her leadership team and she refused to do so, claiming she doesnt know what I am talking about. Therefore I called and spoke over the phone with a supervisor that told her there was clear notes she had to take a pic of my phone and send it to her supervisors and until then she did it. She was very rude with a mean face and didnt do her job when I asked her to do so because I had spoke with a supervisor. With agents like this working here, I rather not come at all and avoid!

Horrible customer service. First they were refusing to take their own equipment back. Telling me I had to go drop it off at a UPS store. Which I had their Care dept on the phone telling me is ok to drop equipment at my local retail store. Asked for supervisor she said it was ok to drop off equipment. Supervisor is now asking for ID to drop off equipment... Im confused now. Finally decided to just leave equipment at counter top and walked out of store... as instructed by their billing dept. Most likely taking my business some where else... what happen to good old customer service days. Sad 😥 😔 😟 🙁

Poor service, never has enough workers to help customers. Always at least a 30 minutes to 1hrs are more wait time. Most of the times if you need to replace Internet equipment don’t go to this location, they will Not have any new equipment to replace your old broken down rotors. Need new management and better service for the community of all colors.

Terrible place waited over 2 Hours. I just Cant!!!!No system to process guess. No real way there just set up seem like you can come in to exchange equipment and wait 4 hours cause it only two elderly employees help people set up phone service. Even though what you may have to do take 5mins pr less you must wait for other consumers to shop it bad service never come here!!!!

Honestly, they could do better. They ran out of equipment for the new installations, tell you to come pick it up and then they have you come back next day because they tell too many people to come. The following day, when you come to pick up, you still have to make a 2 hrs. line . Really ?They should know we, the customers, have better things to do than to spend Thanksgiving and friday making lines to no avail.

Maybe a supervisor can chime in on this. Service was great once someone finally called me up. Wait times are questionable. Once youve gotten past the long line outside, you still have to wait until you are called up by an associate and that process also takes some time. I noticed about six employees, not including the managers, and at most, two of them were helping customers. The other four were walking in and out of doors and hanging out at computers. Not saying they werent doing anything productive but it was a pretty busy time and only two people were taking customers. Service has room to improve.

The stars are there for the customer service lady who was very pleasant. But overall smh. Spectrum is collecting too much money for this inconsistencies.

Lola the store manager went above and beyond to help me with adding a new line to my account, and unblocking the phone from a previous phone company it was attached to definitively very professional and proud to be a spectrum customer for the great service they provided me at this location. Every day the internet disconnect several times during the day, they say internet download speed is 200mb, but most of the times it clock 30 to 36, and sometimes even lower, upload remain about 11 to 12 all the time with their own application, only after tgey sent the reset signal it go up to 140 mb for some time then go down again

They take people in that are buying satellites and phones you cant even pay your bill at the counter no more you have to pay your bill at the kiosk machine. I have been a long-time customer they treat the new customers better than they treat the old customers well I still have to deal with them because I still have cable cable bills are high.

Due to limited capacity inside the store, we had to wait outside. Wait was not too long and staff was professional and quick. The only downside was there were a couple of customers doing absolutely nothing inside the store, which slowed down the movement of the queue

Im not happy with your service at all, first you do not have service in my area and you said you did, you lied. Second you took my money knowing you did not have service. Third you did not send all of the equipment that was ordered. Now I will have to go through unnecessary mess to get my money back until you find the piece of equipment that was lost.Pass poor service lacking honesty and integrity. JUST REFUND MY MONEY.

The one at the mall on Crenshaw is closed due to COVID-19. I have to go to the one in Lynwood. I was in and out in no time. Just make sure you arrive 15 to 30 minutes early before the store opens. They only let in a small number of people at a time do to COVID-19. They will probably let you in immediately if youre only paying your bills.

The employees there are lazy they see a big line forming to make a payment through the machine and dont bother to help the costumers at the cash register they rather be on there phone. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau: charging for services they dont provide, products you return yet have clearly been received, never giving your their promotional gifts. Ive reported them and clearly everyone that going into this establishment has some sort of an issue that is never resolved because and employee will tell them one thing while customer services relays another. I suggest everyone does as I have done and shut them down!

The Lynwood location is great. but, the parking is not so great. Yesterday I returned my equipment and paid off my balance. I also, arranged to have myservice at my new apartment. Everything was fine I was surprised that an appointment was available as as the next day. I was told between the hours of 1 and 2 pm I waited till 3pm thinking that they might be running a little late We’ll to my surprise, There wasn’t even a appointment on record of me having an appointment!!! I was totally disgusted and on top of that, I was told I need to pay additional money BUT, it was still a strong possibility that I could have service today sine it was only 3pm. I paid the additional money and was told I receive a Call very soon of an possible appointment for this evening. Well, I did receive that call and said they were book up till the 17th!!!Tuesday !!! I told the lady this was unacceptable and that i’d Taken the day off work. She continued to apologize but, still it would be Tuesday the 17th I so Disappointed with spectrum right now. They need to compensate me for such an big inconvenience... #pissedof

Manager instead of helping is just walking around on her phone. Worst Store I have ever been too. I just wanted to pick up my router and modem and wait 1hour and 25mins. Only 2 people helping, and over 25 people waiting to be helped. Horrible service.
