This place is to send packages to Mexico, theyre so professional and not expensive, punctual, fast and reliable.. I have never heard of missing items, when I sent all my items to my family, its always great accuracy.. Really, honest to the bone people.. Respectful and serious about their business...

When I called they didnt tell me what kind of items I was allowed to send inside the boxes they only mentioned somethings like new clothes between other things . I was kind of new sending packages so I wasnt very aware of the rules or they job. The day the guy come to pick my box he told me that he wasnt going to take my box . Very rude and verbally abuser he showed me a blue paper and he keep questioning me did you read the paper?, did you read the paper?, you cant send this and the company will make you responsible if they get charged $400 and they will call you . I felt I was being threatened by his words and he shouldnt say those words to me . I wouldnt allow this kind of guy in my house again.

For over 2 months I tried to contact them, they never answer of pick up the phone. If their service is how they handle their business;... not good, not good at all.

Avoid this company. After a move to Mexico, our two TVs (42 and 65 inch) had smashed screens, one of our our beds was chipped, one of our desks had a large hole in the middle and some other smaller damages. We have had other moves in the past and we never experienced something like this. Their response was to offer 60% of the used value of the two screens or send us two used TVs in maybe 6 months time, claiming that since we had signed the delivery we could not really do anything else about this. Their representative said that he did not believe that we had such damage from the move.Even before, once we paid upfront, the service was subpar. During the move we called to know the status or the expected arrival time, and my partner was told to stop calling because they were inside the 2 month maximum possible time. They did take the 2 full months from a move from Mountain View to Mexico City.Other options may be a bit more expensive, but I recommend you consider others before signing with this company.
