Cant follow simple directions and gave me one of the worst haircuts

I drive 25 minutes to this place just to get my haircut.

Been coming here with my husband and son since they opened and its the hands down the best!!!! JOSIE is the best, her hands do magic. Now a days its very hard to find a professional barber who takes their time and actually enjoys their job. She does very detailed work. My boys wont go anywhere else.... even if Josie is gone for a while they rather wait for her than go to another barber even just one time.

Called at 7:10, guess the number on goggle is the business owners private line. Asked if it’s appropriate for me to show up in 10 minutes to get a haircut, being aware that they close at 8 o’clock. When I arrived I was immediately turned away, told that they had closed for the day. I had previously gotten a haircut from this establishment and was looking forward to getting another now not sure if I will ever return.

Amazing service, love how they take the time to reassure my son who is autistic is comfortable, and make him look fresh... best barber shop.... I so recommend this place.. you will not regret it .... and you will end up looking fresh with a awesome haircut....

There is now a ⅓ increase in price; use to be $15 now $20 ($25 for appointments and $30 for people arriving around 6:30 p.m.). To me, they do average work that is worth $15 or even $17. It isnt worth the new price because of wait times and it isnt the cleanest cut Ive seen for similar price. Haircut was also a real disappointment recently (the top mainly), it could have been miscommunication. Although some objects make the setting looks modernized, the environment is still lacking but this is just aesthetic preference. Maybe new competition has put a pressure on them since there are other shops relatively close to them.

Gone there 2 times. 1st time was okay. 2nd and last time I walk into this bar workshop, the barber CUT me twice on the back of my neck. Maybe it had to do with the machine. I feel that if they shave your head it should be with a razor instead of the machine they use. Either way, it was a painful experience . Going back to my regular barbershop, even though this one is around the corner of my house.
