I saw Dr. Jeffries but made the mistake of telling them that a family member had bipolar disorder. She then told me that she had to treat me for bipolar disorder (a condition I dont have and never had) instead of the anxiety disorder I’d been struggling with, that anxiety would have to take a back seat in my treatment. For anyone struggling with mental health, it feels just great to not be listened to.

Dr. Jeffries is the best psychiatrist that I have ever had. She is very caring and has been more than attentive to my mental health needs.

Like many doctors they have a certain obligation of treating you on the spot and prescribing medication but when it’s over the phone and relatives who have bipolar does not influence me in having “bipolar” thru a 20 minute video call .. sessions were short I feel as if I had been taken advantage of thru having to pay 54$ deposits every visit .. most outrageous price for a measly 20 to 15 minute video/phone call .. she is very caring but cuts it too short and is very distracted by other things around her that make it to where me the patient isn’t feeling a certain connection or seems to not be heard ..

Dr. Jeffries is great! She is very personal and amazing at what she does. I definitely made the right decision on coming here. I am very happy she is apart of my journey for my mental health restoration. Absolutely recommend.Staff is very polite as well. They always greet me by name, which is very impactful.

Dr. Jeffries is awesome. She provides med management from a psychiatry specialty. She speaks the truth even if its not what you want to hear, however she has a way of delivering that information in a therapeutic manner. She truly is on your side in a very genuine manner.
