They worked with us on every step and did everything possible to make this a pleasant experience and get what we needed in order to further our own business. The sign that was done for a our truck was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They sent us several proofs to make sure we were happy. First and foremost, after calling them to inquire about a backlit sign and emailing them our information, the response back was very PROMPT. Vicki Kettle got back to me within MINUTES. Vicki helped answer all the questions I had and was very thorough. I sent over the images I wanted and the Fast Sign team got right to creating our proofs. We are kind of particular with our wants so they worked with us to adjust anything that we asked before the sign was perfect.We had an error on our end because once it came time to install-- our measurements were off. They had sent a person here and everything; it had been raining that day but the person who was here took the time to measure out our sign before taking off. Even though it was not their fault they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure that our sign came out absolutely perfect.Everything was done in a timely manner and Vicki didnt have to be as sweet as she was, but we are so appreciative.We will recommend all our friends, family, and fellow yelpers to Fast Signs of Lynnwood.You guys are amazing.

I paid close to $500 for a business sign and the metal stand started rusting /falling apart within a few months. I sent an email of concern and the manager, Lisa, took over to make me new sign with a better design esthetic and stronger base. I did have to pay an extra $185 which I didnt like... I would have preferred that the materials/ design would have been done right the first time, but the follow-up service was good.

The owner and her staff went out of their way to help us during a difficult time. They were very friendly and very accommodating, especially given that everything except the pickup had to be done online and over the phone. Prices were kept reasonable, no gouging in the least - very ethical. When we did pickup, all Covid-19/CDC guidelines were followed. This is the kind of vendor who will be remembered for their good service during this awful pandemic. And of course, our signs were made FAST! Just what we needed. Will definitely use Fastsigns of Lynnwood again for all our signage needs.

The project was not large, but generated several questions which were answered promptly and respectfully. This location of FastSigns in the Alderwood area of Lynnwood WA created probably the best customer-service experience Ive ever had with a graphics and printing company. They knew what I wanted, suggested a better solution than mine, and produced a result practically over night...was probably 1-2 days. The quality of their work was amazingly professional. I have used our Apples To Go banner sign for 2 years and its seems to be indestructible. The colors have not faded a bit. I can roll this banner up and store it, unroll it 2 months later and its still perfect. Everything they did was well thought-out. I am a totally satisfied customer ! ....and I have used only their services since then !

What can I say but great customer service. I had an upcoming retirement and misplaced a photograph from about two years ago. Called FastSigns in Lynnwood and not only did they still have the photo the finished looked better than ever. I was able to place the order and do everything through email which worked out fantastic. In addition, I wanted a electronic file of the picture for future purposes and they did back flips to make sure I received the file. Great company and great customer service.
