Does not seem to like his work. Told me my Husky Blower wasnt worth fixing. It would cost $150+ to fix and he didnt even look at it.Ultimately it cost 5 bucks for a new sparkplug, gapped it and fresh gas . It works now.......

This place is great! Busy season and I got my mower back in 1 day! And the price was great. Anyone that gives this place anything but 5 starts is ridiculous. Time is money. Take your equipment in, tell him whats wrong and pay the guy when you pick it up. Hell charge you fairly. And if you dont want to pay it, fix it yourself.

I have had the same mower for a long time because of Evergreen Mowers. They take great care of my equipment! They always under promise and over perform. The cost is always lower and the time frame is always shorter.

Hey Gary, not a customer (YET) But had a quick question. Does your shop ONLY do repairs? Or would I be able to order some parts through you if paid ahead of time for them or if maybe you had them on hand? Im also a mechanic but a diesel/auto nechajic, not small engines very much but I can figure it out fairly easy. What I was wondering is if you work on any YardMan products with Kohler OHV engines? I am rebuilding my 18HP Kohler engine that came out of my YardMan Mower, and I am in need of a piston ring set, and also a head gasket. If its possible to order those from you Id be very great full, I do already have the part numbers also ... Or would I need to bring in my whole engine to you and just have you rebuild it for me? Thank you ahead of time for your input.

They are really unfair to someone doing quality honest work, who does not have time to answer questions and provide technical support. It is a business. I feel compelled to come to his defense as the characterizations are completely untrue.Lastly: This business is busy because of his quality workmanship. That doesnt have a lot of personality but he knows his one more business. There are so few places to get an older mower fixed anymore that we need to give this guy lots of business and keep them open
Was disinterested in servicing my mower. Granted, its old but the motor was running great.
Loaded the mower to his place, first he would want not help me to move the lawn mower, then he he does not want fix it because the bar is loose. I called before I came, drive 20 miles. What a waste. Be careful.

Gary the owner came to our home on Sunday, his day off, and installed the Husqvarna automower system on a large lawn. He was nice, worked hard and installed a great system for a fair price. Its just him with the shop as far as what he said, so about half these bad reviews are probably due to the guy being so busy, so manage your expectations people. This isnt ace hardware, its a good guy who knows mowers and runs a shop.I highly recommend the automower installed by Gary. I think these will eventually take over his business as they gain in popularity.

Bought a used craftsman mower at a yard sale, never could get it started, after replacing the fuel, replacing the oil, and filter and losing a couple of bolts. Took it to this place yesterday, and today I just picked it up...it works and the total repair cost was only $97.50We couldnt be happier. This guy figured out it had a sheered flywheel key, he also replaced the air filter because apparently we overfilled the oil and and soaked the air filter, and he replaced the missing bolts.We will recommend this placed to everyone we know.
I have only used Evergreen Mowers. The service is wonderful and the advice I get when going in. I am a single women who takes care of her yard. I have gone in almost yearly with issues with my Huszvarna weed wacker -- which is more my issue NOT the machine! He is always helpful with my angst in getting it started and each time I go I learn a little more. I love my weed wacker -- I have a lot of trimming in my yard and need it-- it is easy to thread and use. I would only go to Evergreen Mowers because of all the help and great service I have received there.

I was in position to buy a new engine from them but I needed advice on how to get my old engine out of my boat. Mind you this is a 2 stroke engine and I just need some advice to get it out and the guy was like no he cant help nor could he advise me. Why would anyone want to do business with people who treat potential customers like that. It would only take 5 minutes and I would have been more than happy to pay them for it. I smell losers! and sadly intodays world this is the state of customer service.
Literally the worst customer service of my life. Just look at owner’s unprofessional responses on here! Worse in person!!! Go somewhere else. I promise, you’ll thank yourself. Run with a capital “R” away from evergreen motors!
Didnt even go but reading the responses on this really shows the owners professionalism. How about dont hang up on potential customers? saying sorry sir we only work on mowers and not generators? not accusing people of being on drugs in the comments. If thats how you treat even bad customers i wont support it.

My mom bought a used edger from this store but found it was too much for her to start. She didnt even use it once. We took it back, hoping to get a refund. We explained to him that it was just too hard for her to start, and we were willing to take a loss for his trouble. But he absolutely refused to take it back under any condition.This mans attitude is You bought it, youre stuck with it. He obviously has no interest in customer satisfaction. This is no way to run a business.

I have never been a customer of this business and I will say why. On the website it say the Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. When we pulled into the parking lot at around 2:30 p. m. a man inside the business turned off the open sign and turned off the lights. He left the area where he could be seen through the window.I got out of the car and checked the business hours for Saturday and they were listed as 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I waited for a couple of moments but the man never came out into the front of the shop again. I must say I was very angry to have the business closed the moment the man saw our car pull into the parking lot.I will never return to this business again.
Called the guy and ask for ten seconds of his time and One of the ask him a question about a lawn more I bought from him The guy literally hung up on me and said he dont have time to answer any questions. Very poor customer service.
Took my lawnmower blade in and the older guy did it right then. Only charged me 10$ and it was in bad shape, did a great job. They also had my air filter in stock which I needed badly.

I bought a house and inherited the mower from the preivous owner who didnt want it any more after moving to a place with a 10 square foot yard. I was constantly eperiencing hard starts and rough running. I replaced the absolutely black air filter but it didnt help. I tried to check the spark plug but managed to break the spark plug cap so it wouldnt fasten on the end of the spark plug any more. I was frustrated and wanted to buy a new mower but times are tough. I brought it in to these guys. They replaced the sparkplug and fixed the cap. The mower was running great in a couple of days and for less than $30. Id go back again.
Place smells like its going to blow up. Comprehension, the language barrier is rather high and rather jagged costing me a half day of production.
