The customer service for this store is horrible. This is twice now I have had visits scheduled for a technician to come out and the get canceled. No phone call, email or any other notification. They also tell you We will show you how to use it and if you have questions just call... well their sales teams no jack about actually how to take care of them and their answer to your questions are We will send a technician to you and charge you for the visit. Oh and did I mention they require a credit card on file so they can just charge you. Wont send you a bill... just decide themselves if its warranty or not and charge you. Still waiting on my visit from last week when both my husband and I stayed home ... but no one has called to reschedule.
We have owned Sundance spas for almost 20 years. The Lynnwood store has supported us for the last 10 years with excellent service. We just received a new Optima spa and once again, the store manager (Brady), Lance and David were there, proactively striving to ensure the delivery, setup, and maintenance went smoothly. Their customer service is second to none.
I just purchased a larger pool about a month ago, came into this store with questions and had great service. Spoke with Lance, he was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The last few weeks Ive visited the store a few more times. Everyone in the store has been very helpful. I highly recommend this store!
The store was fine. But the salesman Brady was rather RUDE!!! His go to answer when I had a question was refer to conversation from yesterday. Reallly dude??? The only reason I bought from him was because I needed grill by the weekend. He seemed more into him and his coworker getting his green egg going for his chicken for their lunch. Never again will I go there!!!
Bought my green mountain pellet smoker here and the associates have always very helpful and kind. So far my pellet smoker has been one of my best investments i ever made.
Excellent buying experience with Brady Coultas. We bought a hot tub at the lynnwood location. Brady was extremely knowledgable, kind and patient. He took time to explain everything about the different options even encouraged us to shop around, because he was so confident in his product. Of course after shopping around we came back to aqua quip. He listened to what we were looking for. He helped us from purchase to install. This is not our first purchase from aqua quip Lynnwood, and from Brady. We also purchased a fireplace from him about 4 years ago, which we are very happy with, and use often. Brady helped us get it perfectly retrofit into our existing brick fireplace. Its clear Brady goes the extra mile for his customers, and makes you feel like family. Definitely will go back in the future for our hot tub maintenance needs.
A big Shout-Out to Brady Coultas, manager of the Lynnwood Aqua Quip. Im a new spa owner and am learning how to drain and refill my tub properly. I went into the Lynnwood store to buy some chemicals and was approached by Brady. I did not know who he was nor did I know he was the store manage. He took the time to give me some simple tips to drain my tub and let me know what chemicals I would need. He was a straight shooter. No BS. He did not try to up-sell me on products and gave me some inside tips about how the hot tubs work. I was thankful for his insight. Make sure you go see him. You will be glad you did.
Double check your pricing online before shopping in this store.I bought a 2 lb bottle of spa shock, the sticker price was $19.99The salesperson charged me $29.99, he told me the sticker was wrong.Completed the sale, went to my car, checked Aqua quip website, online price for same product, $15.99.Went back in to get the price corrected, I was told the difference was online vs in-store, I asked, youre charging me nearly double to visit your store? His reply was well with CovidI said are you serious? Really? The sales person stood by his company price of $29.99 for a $15.99 product.In the end, I did receive a credit and the correct price. However, it took more time to buy two items than I had expected.Good products, good people, just beware of what they charge you for taking the time to visit the store.

The manager, Brady Coultas, was extremely helpful when I was purchasing a BBQ grill as a birthday gift for my family member. I live in England and he went out of his way to correspond with me by email, even over the weekend. On top of everything, he went out of his way to personally make sure the grill was delivered the same day that I purchased it! Amazing!!

Ive been coming in often since I inherited at a spa. They have been very helpful in guiding and educating me on how to treat and keep my spot clean. Lance has tested My Water free of charge multiple times and guide me in the right direction so that I am able to enjoy my spa. I would highly recommend them to anyI would highly recommend them to any novice need help with water quality.
I have a 7 year old Crown II hot tub that I bought from the Lynnwood store. The the tub has always worked great. The tub had been drained for a couple of months and was turned off at the circuit breaker panel. While trying to trace down an electrical problem in another part of the house, I inadvertently turned on the tubs breaker. I didnt discover what Id done for several days. I turned the tub off, cleaned it and filled it with water and it wouldnt work. I could hear the motor, but no flow. I called the Lynnwood store to schedule maintenance and talked with Brady. Since the motor was apparently working, he recommended removing the filter and putting a garden hose down the pipe opening to blow out any air. It worked: Brady saved me a maintenance call and the tubs protective systems protected the tub against my error.
I purchased my very first hot tub for my BIRTHDAY this year. Stopped in to Aqua Quip and Spoke with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable about the line of hot tubs and walked me through the process. I was so impressed with the customer service that I received. I continued on my quest over the next few weeks, trying out every hot tub in the area. The quality and comfort brought me back again to where I started my search. Jeff made this buying experience easy. Made me feel very comfortable about asking questions and kept me from feeling like a newbie. Lol.The hot tub was delivered as promised and the delivery team made the setup a breeze. Ive been so pleased with everyone working here because no matter how busy, they always make time to get me the help I need. Bringing my water in for testing and leaving with simple instructions on water maintenance. Even when my dog decided to munch on my power cord, Jeff saved the day with a replacement. I cant say enough about the team, THANK YOU ALL for making my experience as a NEWBIE HOT TUB OWNER a great one!
Received hot tub with punctured hole about 5 inches long towards bottom. Looks like forklift hit it. Sent email to Two of Aqua Quip managers - NO response.Poor customer service.

Delivery was delayed by about a month from what we were told on purchase. If you are offered options that are cited as additional costs (e.g., steps, cabling, cover, cover mechanism) make sure that they are listed as separate costs on the receipt. They lumped everything into a single cost on ours, so parts that later became unecessary could not be refunded.
When I bought my house it had a hot tub. This place knew that and I was able to take over maintenance without any problems. They have all the parts I need for my hot tub. They also appear to carry pool and grilling gear also but thats not why Im there.
I cant speak from the new hot tub buying experience, but I can speak from the customer service point of view. The employees here are fantastic and will go out of their way to ensure you are equipped to properly maintain your hot tub. As a new customer, there was no balking at only being able to sell me on chemicals. They wanted to make sure I was set up properly before even going down the path of bulk purchasing chemicals, so I initially left with a cleaning agent and a test bottle to return with, assuming the hot tub that came with my new house worked. Spoiler alert, it did, and they continue to help me out by identifying what I needed. They werent even upset that I had a ton of chemicals to begin with. They were only interested in making sure I was set. Thank you guys, to all of you. Special shout out to Jarrod who gave me his work email and always follows up. Good group of guys, highly recommended.

Very disappointed. I bought the regency fireplace there. First, manager assured me about mail in rebate $150 that he submitted for me. It’s been 3 months and I didn’t receive it. I gave up on calling him and listening the same story. Second the installer crumpled the flex supply gas line to the point the city inspector wouldn’t sign it and I had to correct it on my own. And last, the service man that came to repair the oxidation spots that appeared on the ceiling of the fireplace did poor. Instead of sanding it off he just wiped it with rug and sprayed with can paint that filled the house with poisonous gases for hours. Than, when he installed the glass door, he wrinkled the bottom heat seal and Last, I found a chip on one of the logs inside. Stay away from very expensive and very unreliable services. One mistake I could understand but not this many.

Really Disappointed. I needed a heater element for my Hot tub, just the coil. They cost around $18-28. Aqua Quip charged me for a full heater replacement. $95...Not cool. Super mad. Its not the price it was the whole experience. They were hustling another guy there too. At least they had the part...

Whats really nice about this store is that they have a lot of high quality products on hand. I recently needed a new pump for an emergency repair and they had it in stock. My only concern was that they wanted a whooping 50% more for the pump than I would have paid if I had gone through one of the many online suppliers. I spoke to the sales rep about this concern and showed him the online price, but he would not budge. Like I said Im at least grateful they had what I needed.
Our experience with Aqua Quip was outstanding from start to end. If you are in the market for a hot tub, visit the Lynnwood location and ask for Brady. He was beyond wonderful. I wouldnt hesitate to refer him and Aqua Quip to anyone I know that is interested in a hot tub.

Called for a specific part number and of course they said they had it in stockexcitedly I ran to get my pressure switch to find they had a universal that would not fit my application....of course they offered to order it for me but everyone knows amazon delvers next day... wasted an hour of my time and $10 in gas...but hay I saved $20 ordering it next day from amazon......I would have given them 0 stars but this rating system starts with one star
We purchased a gas insert from the Lynnwood Aqua Quip. I had used aqua quip years ago to service a pool I had and had good experiences. The salesman was attentive and even came by our house to measure and verify the size needed. Then I purchased it. We were set up for the gas install on Saturday which was great and the installer was awesome. Unfortunately, the wrong faceplate was ordered but no problem the electrician would be able to bring and install it when they did the electrical install. The install had to be on a weekday so time off work. The electrician was super friendly, however there were extra face plate parts which dont appear to be really extra just not installed quite well. The fan which is the purpose of the electrical never came on and I was advised they only hook up the electrical if the fan doesnt work that is something I would have to call the central aqua quip about. It never worked. Then we notice the thermostat that worked before the electrical stopped working and the fire place turns itself off regardless of the temperature set. We called the store to figure out how to fix. The salesperson answering advised they had to have a credit card to secure a place to have service call us. Finally our sales guy, the store manager, called and advised of course we did not need a credit card. We were thinking finally some personal service you would expect...but NO. Service called and scheduled for the following Friday. We were very clear no earlier than 3. The scheduler said she noted this. Friday comes and my husband gets a call at work at 930AM from the tech saying he was at our house. When told we need it after 3 he said he cant as Friday traffic is too bad and we would need to reschedule. So here we are over 1.5 months from paying over 5500 and still no appropriately working fireplace. Nice dos NOT equal service! Hope to get a functioning product that I purchased someday!
Aqua Quip-Lynnwood and, specifically, Jarrod, have become our go to place for a Jaccuzi and grills--here, product knowledge is coupled with full service. And, the sale experience was low-key, no pressure. You will not be disappointed.
Rude swim spa salesman Jeff pushed me off the phone on our brief call, refused to answer questions, interrupted me, spoke over me, and clearly has no respect for women. I called back to talk to the guy who answers phones and tell him about the conversation I had with Jeff. He said Wow and then hung up on me! I waited 15 minutes and he never called me back (thought it must have been an accident, as no place could be THIS rude to high-spending customers, but I was wrong.) If you value your money and self respect, skip this location. Black Pine spas was much more respectful, guess we know whos getting our business.
I purchased a swim spa from the Lynnwood store. They held it for me until my prep work was completed. There were no surprises, what I was told was done. The salesman, Brady was extremely helpful. He kept in touch with me during my preping period through delivery. He answered all my questions. It was delivered by 5 strong men, it was an amazing sight to watch these men maneuver the spa off the flatbed and into my backyard. These guys were awesome. Now that the spa is all hooked up. It is wonderful. Im really happy with the product and very happy with the service I received. I definitely recommend Lynnwood Aqua Quip to anyone looking for backyard fun, relaxation and excercise.
We bought a gas fireplace insert. During the installation process, some unforeseen existing conditions were discovered. AquaQuip teem coordinated and resolved the complicated issues with true Aplomb! We were very impressed.
I had my BBQ grill cleaned by Aaron, he did an amazing job of cleaning it and also fixed the door and the igniters. It works better now than before the cleaning.GREAT JOB Aaron!
We purchased our spa from them years ago. We always get high quality products and great customer service from the Lynnwood staff. Kudos to them for going beyond expectation.
At the beginning of the summer my pool pump experienced a broken impeller. I took my pump in to Jeff Henderson at the Lynnwood Aqua Quip who promptly took it apart, verified the problem, and placed an order for a replacement part which would take 10 days to order. The weather at this time was at the peak of the summer for swimming, and after quite a long wait (3-4 weeks), the part was not coming soon. I stopped by the store and Jeff volunteered to share a loaner pump which made my day and weeks following because now we would not lose the prime swim weather. When the part came in Jeff helped me rebuild the pump right in the store and switched out some spare parts and got my pump running properly again! I cant say enough about Jeffs customer service skills and attitude...hes a winner in my book!
After changing the batteries on our remote for the gas stove I purchased, I couldnt figure out how to reprogram it. A phone call to the Store Manager, Brady Coultas, solved my problem. Excellent after sale service. Thank you again Brady.

I purchased a Regency Gas Fireplace from Aqua Quip in Lynnwood a few months ago. It was installed by a licensed reputable builder. The fireplace keeps setting off the fire alarm within 30 minutes, severely overheats and smells like burning wood. Both the builder and I have called Aqua Quip with no luck in getting help at all. They just say we cannot help you. We have called Regency Customer Service and their Service department and no one returns call or answers the phones. If my house burns up, they better be prepared to be sued. WARNING! DO NOT BUY a Regency Fireplace or buy a fireplace from Aqua Quip in Lynnwood.
Not really friendly. Went in for some basic hot tub supplies. Not attentive, more interested.in selling hot tubs or traeger grills. I wouldve spent more if not for that.

I called Aqua Quip the first week in September to repair my Hampton free standing gas fireplace. They were not able to come out until October 8th, when a technician came out and diagnosed a faulty valve. They did not give us an estimate for the repair at the time. Two subsequent service calls were rescheduled and finally a technician came out on November 2nd, but brought the wrong part with him. I got no call from the company to reschedule the next visit, so I called them and spoke to someone who told me it was Hamptons fault for sending the wrong part and said they didnt check the part number when it came in. He told me he couldnt log onto the computer to reschedule a call, and didnt know how long it would take to get the correct part in, but would call me back as soon as he could check. This didnt happen. I have since contacted another company (Bel Red Energy Solutions) who responded with 24 hours to look at the unit. Bottom line- after two months they have not repaired the fireplace and have informed me they would still be billing me for the initial call. Really? I would never recommend them for service.

An absolute joke.Started trying to fix my tub over a month ago and missed the deadlines time after time. 3 days turn into 2 weeks, they call the day of the appointment to tell you some is sick and they give you the next appointment a week and a half later.Either overwhelmed by the work or poorly organized.
