I got better service than I could imagine with standard charges and also automatic refunds of anything applicable without having to ask. They were very responsive at all times, very patiently explained everything anytime I had questions, and even sent a notary to my home without extra cost when the situation called for it, to make sure closing happens on time.

The front desk lady was as rude and unknowledgeable as possible. Because of her alone I would NOT reccommend Old Republic to anyone.
