Emilly, the new business owner, is excellent. She just moved the business from Everett to Lynnwood (a MUCH nicer location), and has a comfortable, cozy office now with convenient parking. She uses the thermolysis method, which is much faster and less painful than the Blend method (which combines heat and galvanic to kill the follicle, but requires much longer treatment per follicle, which contributes to the pain, especially in sensitive areas, such as the upper lip). Shes fast, thorough, and very good at what she does. She accepts all patients, and is transgender-friendly. I highly recommend her!

Good luck even getting an appointment scheduled, I bought a Groupon and then was unable to get a response to schedule an appointment, finally directed online days later but the website doesnt work. This is a scam.

I had a scheduled appointment today. No one showed up and I was never notified. Second time this has happened.
