I spoke to this lady yesterday, Weds, Feb 24, 2021. If I understood her properly, she is going to close this business permanently after this weekend. They will no Inger be in business by Monday. Can anyone out there confirm this?

Nice lady - altered my wedding dress (had to be taken up at the waist because of a bunch of beading on the hem). Quick, communicative, and friendly! Couldnt even tell the dress had been touched. Finished product was flawless. Will return for any future projects.

Just not happy with the kind Asian tailor lady. She absolutely has poor communication skills, along with a lack of employees there to help her. Since she is running the tailor shop as a lone worker, service from the business is as slow as a snail. Lol. I kid you not, I am totally not satisfied with the not-so-speedy service here. Example: I turned my clothes in Oct.11th (3 jeans) by now Oct. 27th only one of my jeans are fixed, the other two, just still arent fixed! I had also turned in a coat around the time of the 11th and just got it back last Thursday. Anyway Ill be taking my customer services somewhere else for tailoring from now on.....

Very disappointing experience. Brought two items for simple alterations on Monday, the lady said would be ready by Thursday. I called before showing up, she said it was ready, went to pick it up (is not that close to my house), she had mixed up and it was not my things. She said come back tomorrow will be ready. I said no worries I’ll come on Monday. Was back today, Monday, to pick it up, she had no even started working in my clothes and said for me to be back on Tuesday?!? No thanks. Just got my things and left. Very unorganized and poor communication :/

I have taken many items to be repaired or changed. All heavy duty items. Very good quality work. Good old fashion shop and hard working lady.

Great service. She did a nice job on altering my suit for my daughters wedding and on time which was important to me. Will be going back to have other jackets altered. Thanks.

Needed to have my suit pants hemmed so before work I took them in (only place that was opened, thankful for that since I was leaving the next morning). Was told it would be done before I came back to pick them up after work. It was not done. I waited about 15 min while the lady worked on the hem. She did a nice job. Would have given a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating if the job was done when I went to pick up.

Very friendly and great results. Will Definitely be returning for future needs.

Do not go here. Terrible service. Thought it would be convenient since it is by my work but avoid at all costs. Brought in a jacket for a simple hem and when I went to go pick it up for the time I said I needed it by, they said it would take another few hours. I let them know I would come in the next day despite me being thirty minutes away on the weekend. I show up the next day and it hasn’t even been worked on. Pathetic excuses. They have no idea what they’re doing.

Terrible service. I was expecting someone professional, but ladies in this place are very mediocre at tailoring. I gave them a shirt that I wanted trimmed to my size. They took 6 days for this simple job! I had to come back twice, because they screwed up, and had to work on it some more. And I could go on and on. They basically ruined my shirt.BOTTOM LINE - find another tailor. Theres plenty of others in the area.
