Salvador and his team went above and beyond with detailing my Ford Mustang. They walked me through which service best fit my vehicle’s needs and their attention to detail was second to none. I was amazed to see how meticulous they were in making sure that I would be satisfied with thier service. I’ve owned my car for about three years and I have never washed it or cleaned the interior. The body paint and trunk jam was covered in pollen, moss, grime, and dirt. I highly recommend the clay bar treatmeant for anyone who has any kind of hard to remove paint contaminates on their vehicles. Washpodd is by far the best detailing service I have had business with.

I got the interior detail boost on my Mercedes sedan and Washpodd really wowed me. I wasn’t expecting it to be THIS clean. The carpet it something I wanna point out because it takes time and patience to get those clean and I could tell these guys really put their time into it. Every crevices was free of dust and debris, the wood trim was spotless, my brown leather interior hasn’t looked this elegant in years. Feels like I’m driving a new car again. I received a full-service inside/outside detailing for a Christmas gift. I don’t think my car was even this spotless when I drove it off the lot brand new! They really did an amazing job and paid attention to EVERY detail. I’m also very sensitive to scent/added fragrance, and I appreciated that my car just smelled CLEAN and was not overwhelmingly perfumed. I can’t recommend Washpodd highly enough.

Salvador and the Washpodd crew really did a kickbutt job of cleaning up my car which was in really bad shape. They went above and beyond. Ill definitely go back for periodical cleanings and would highly recommend them if you need help freshening up your car again.

Team is very nice and professional. He called us to let us know they were taking longer than expected which was fine because we bought a car that had sat for months and had a ton of mold! They took their time and got ALL the mold inside and out. Outside was so shiny (we got the clay bar) too it looks like a New car! We will definitely back to have our other vehicles done here.

My car was in really rough condition after sitting in my driveway for more than a year during the pandemic, but after a visit to Washpodd, I drove away with a car that looked and smelled brand new. I got the detail max package with clay bar and ceramic add on. They did a good job for a more than basic detail, but there were a few splotchy areas on the car before I brought the car to them that they didnt fix or buff out. And with 2 coats of ceramic I was expecting the car to be glossy, and its not. I feel I way overpaid for what they charged; especially the disappointing ceramic that I wish I could be refunded for.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND INCREDIBLE WORK!!! I had my car detailed at Washpodd and treated myself to the Detail Max - interior and exterior detail. The service took about 3.5 hours, and Gustavo and Salvador were so kind and communicative with me throughout the process. They called me when it was ready for pickup, and my car seriously looked BRAND NEW! The tires were dressed up and glossy, the door jams were completely cleaned and waxed, and the interior looks fresh off the showroom floor. The washpodd concept is brilliant. Highly recommend! AMAZING! Gustavo and his crew did a wonderful job! My car did not even look this good when I bought it from the dealer brand new! My car is only driven 2-3 times a week and spends the majority of the time parked in the garage so needless to say it doesn’t have a lot of wear and tear like most cars and there was a drastic difference in the way my car looked after Gustavo and his crew were done with my car! I had a great experience using Washpodd, Gustavo (I believe his name was) did an excellent job. I got a full detailing and it was worth every penny. My car looked better than new when he was all finished. He went above and beyond to help get a sized large wild berry fruity lemonade disaster out of my passenger seat. The seats and floors were completely soaked, stained and sticky. Now it is as if nothing ever even happened! Thanks again for taking great care of my new-ish ride! I am very please of my car was cleaned. My car was a mess and he stayed and worked on it for almost 4 hours even though the service to post to be 2.5 hours. As in he went above and beyond cleaning the interior making sure all the stain and dirt gone. Basically he wanted to make sure it is very good quality and not by time.

Gustavo went above and beyond to get my 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide back to looking new after a 3500mi ride! Absolute professional, quoted me at 2 hrs and had it done in a hour and a half! Would highly recommend and will for sure go back!

I brought my 2013 Ford F250 into the shop to get a detail on it because it had been neglected for the past year on keeping it clean. When I brought it in the paint was dull and the tires were worse for the wear.However, after the service was performed the paint and chrome on the vehicle look brand new and new life has been brought to the truck. I purchased a clay bar and wax which was an incredible investment and very reasonably priced. I also had the interior detailed completely which made an incredible difference since it has experienced a lot of passengers and the mess that comes with each of them.Thank you so much for the incredible detail job. If anybody is in need of a vehicle cleaning that you are unable to do yourself, bring it to the Alderwood Mall and allow Washpodd to take care of you and make your vehicle look new again. Whether you just need a basic wash or a deep clean, you will be well taken care of here.

I cant recommend Washpodd highly enough! Gustavo and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on my SUV. It looks brand new again! The value for the work done is outstanding. They really took their time cleaning everything-- even under the back seats and inside my wheels! I havent had any other auto detailer do such a thorough job. A few things make Washpodd especially unique:1) Convenience: Since they are located right in the parking lot at Alderwood Mall, you can drop your car off and go shopping, see a movie, eat lunch, get your nails done etc. They will work hard cleaning your car in a covered area, and it will be sparkling clean when youre done!2) The steam cleaning process: They use a special system that steam sanitizes and cleans out your entire vehicle. This is how they are able to get your car so clean in such a relatively short amount of time!. Normally, this level of detail would only be available with a 6+ hour detailing for a lot more money, in my experience.3) Value: For around $100 and only about 2 hours, your vehicle will seriously look brand new again. They far exceeded my expectations.The owner, Gustavo, really cares about his customers happiness and really wants to make sure they have done a perfect job. He even said that if I find anything that was missed (very unlikely), to bring it back and hell fix it! I have found my new favorite auto detailer!

Brought my 2005 sedan into see Gustavo at the Washpod in Lynnwood and could not have asked for more!!!! My car is older, used and was extremely dirty as grimy . Trying to vacuum and wipe it down wasn’t enough so I decided to look into detailing. The convenience of the location attracted me there but after speaking with Gustavo about what I was looking for it sealed the deal! Gustavo was professional, knowledgeable and ultimately made me feel confident that I brought it to the right place. The process took about 6 hours and it was sooo worth it!! When I picked up the car Gustavo inspected it with me and it looked BRAND NEW!!! Carpets were washed, every single possible crevice was cleaned and the door jams were spotless!! I recommend taking your car here for all your detailing needs! Also look into the the clay bar service!!!! The price was reasonable and service was amazing! They did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!

I had my car detailed here last week, and let me just say I was so impressed! Being a momof 3 little kids my car was destroyed haha. Crumbs, old snacks in between the seats, the whole shabang . While my car was getting detailed I went to the mall and hung out and grabbed lunch with the kids (so convenient!) and came back to a brand new car ! My friend and I randomly drove by as we were leaving the Alderwood Mall and saw this Washpodd station set up in the parking lot across the theatre and I inquired about their services, as my car desperately needed a detailing. He was extremely courteous and informed us about their different packages and services and said we can even book an appointment online, which I did for the next day.For a few hours of cleaning these guys got my car looking like brand new, cleaned inside and out. My car had pine needles litterd everywhere but they vaccumed and steamed every inch of my vehicle. The price is very fair for the extraordinary work these guys do. So if you need your car deep cleaned and have a few hours to spare, definitely check these guys out.

Having recently been on a road trip and the state of my exterior I would need to go up from the basic, which I agreed with.I waited about a week for scheduling conflicts and got an appointment booked.Being super excited for the guy who seemed super informative to get to work on my car, I was met by another gentleman (antonio?) I arrived about 30 minutes early to make sure I gave all the details of what needed done and see if any questions were had for me about the detail.I got the second level detail (plus?) which said to get bugs, plus added on a clay bar (SPRAY NOT THE ACTUAL BAR) to remove exterior grime from the excess mileage.I picked the car up almost 3 hours later, which is respectable for a full detail. However, the bad is what happened when the car came out of the detail bay.Water type spots were littering the entirety of the cars exterior, including all of the plastic and rubber. The bugs were not entirely removed, still have about 25% of what I started with when I arrived. Inside looked like it was a half of attempt at wiping down windows and vacuuming. Tape to hold on a temp license plate was left (simple things showing laziness).I like supporting small business and was excited for this to arrive. Unfortunately will not be returning.Update: talked with Gustavo today about rectifying the not 5 star experience. He wants to make sure the service is top notch and will be there in person to ensure a top quality experience.Thanks for talking things through today Gustavo and working on a resolution to make a customer experience change
