Worst payroll experience of all time hired for a publicly traded company in Canada, their customer service is in Bangladesh, filed tax slips without our permission, considering suing them. Use only if you enjoy wasting entire days of your life complaining about mistakes. Brutal, nightmare and still dealing with the aftermath 18 months later.

*Horrible customer support, practically non-existent.* Go with another company unless you want to spend hours on hold, waiting to talk to someone. Today, as I write this, I am being asked by an automated system to wait on hold for 14-21 minutes before I can reach a human in Client Services, which is a GOOD day. Over the last 3 months I have been told 4 times that the wait time is more than 30 minutes, or not even told that and I can see on my phone how long I have been on hold. When they say you can be called back later, they mean literally hours later. The sales team doesnt care a fig about you after they have your account. Before me account was set up, my call was always picked up and I could reach the sales rep. Now it isnt ever picked up, and messages I leave him arent even returned in a timely manner, if at all. I have been a business owner for 15 years and used another payroll provider who has never wasted my time like this. He emailed me back saying I can just process my payroll online, but I need answers about things that the online software is not allowing me to do. He says it is just because of the holidays that they are so busy, but this has been a problem from October until now - late January. This is not an acceptable excuse. I am looking for another payroll provider.**I have just been told after waiting on hold for more than 24 minutes, We are fully staffed, and our busy season goes from October to February. 5 months out 9f the year?!?! ADP, if your customers have to wait this long before getting service (and my issue has still not been resolved, I am still waiting for it to be handled) you are not fully staffed, you are UNDERstaffed.
