The end result exceeded my expectations and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work.The paint job not only looks great but seems to be very durable as well, with no rock chips to speak of after a year of freeway and street driving. I own a Lexus, which had some chips in the hood that I wanted to have fixed. I happened on NW Auto Rebuild and am so glad I did. Their quote was higher than some of the chain auto body shops I looked into, but the owner, Christian, spent about 20 mins with me discussing the process to fix my hood and how important it is to his team to do the job right. There were also many high-end vehicles at their shop, which I took to be a good sign. Additionally, I was impressed with their waiting area and enjoyed meeting their office dog. Ultimately, I had NW Auto Rebuild do the work on my car and, since the front of my car was going to be removed, Christian even agreed to help me out with a headlight issue (it turned into a larger project than they expected, but did not raise my quote!). The work they did turned out beautifully and the cost was worth the peace of mind of knowing it was done correctly. I would recommend NW Auto Build to my closest friends and family.

They are true proffesionals. Always keeping the customer updated with information. And presenting options for the customer. Blake and Christian are very understanding to what youre asking for in repairs! Would come here again and recommend it to some new people.

I was recommend to this shop,by a buddy who is a local painter,but wasnt able to fit me in,due his busy schedule. I was treated fair,my car truck was both repaired,and painted,expertly,and I was able to get a quote, on some future color matching work. I would definitely recommend this shop.

NW AutoRebuild is gone!! Good riders to that guy. There is a new company that is in that space though. They seem to be busy and producing some nice work. Same space and dont actually know if the name has changed... but the quality sure has that for sure.

Christian is a super pleasant and friendly. He gave me a reasonable price for fixing the dent and scratches. I was so surprised how amazingly he got my car done. In addition, He gave me a ride back to school. I strongly recommend this place if you need your car fixed! I absolutely will go back to see him if I crash my car again!

Amazing service. Due to some paint blemishes, I had my hood and tailgate repainted. It looks as good as new!! Two things standout about Christian and his crew. 1) The communication and customer service is superb. He invests time upfront to ensure he clearly understands your expectations so he knows how to exceed them on the back end. He keeps you informed on how progress is going. 2) Amazing attention to detail. The metallic blue on my decade old car had many different shades to begin with in addition to the variation that has occurred over time. The end result: the car looks like it rolled off the showroom floor. This is my new go to for auto work.

I am very satisfied with the work that Northwest Auto Rebuild completed on my car. I had my rotors and brake pads replaced and brake calipers painted. I was very impressed with the fast and efficient service that I received. I spoke to Christian on a Monday, dropped my car off in the early afternoon and he had all of the work completed the next day. In addition, Christian was very cordial and pleasant to deal with. He did a great job communicating with me. He is knowledgeable and puts a lot of effort towards pleasing the customer. I am happy to serve as a reference for Northwest Auto Rebuild and will use them again if or when necessary.

The folks at NW Auto Rebuild are very meticulous. Their equipment is new and well maintained, you can really see their attention to detail in their office and shop, they have very deep experience (many years) in auto body repair, and I can tell they love breathing new life into a damaged vehicle. Theyre as much artists as they are technicians, and I highly recommend them if youre looking for really high quality auto body or collision repair. They made my 10 year-old Amanti with a big dent look just like new. Paint matching was perfect.

This place was very friendly. Had two dents taken out of my 07 charger. Quality work. The best part was the free loaner car, it was nice not to stress about how to get around or being charged by the day/mile. Work turned out great.

I came in with a dent on my car to get an estimate due to the rear quarter panel being smashed in. Christian, the owner, was up front with me. He walked me through what parts they would need in order to fix the dent, how much labor would be involved, and the time frame. He was able to fit me in the same week. I highly recommend going here if you need any repairs needed. They will treat you the best.

I was very happy with my service here at NW Auto body Rebuild. I was kept in the loop with all the repairs that need to to happen with my car along the way. Christian even delt with my tricky insurance company and all the issues that come from that hassle. He clearly had my best interest in mind rather than what the insurance company wanted to let slide. Christian and the whole team at Northwest auto rebuild are great! After tearing up my whole passenger side or my RDX, Christian made me feel comforted that he would fix my car while I was out of town. He took the time to make sure my insurance (which isnt the greatest) wrote a reasonable quote and paid up. After all was fixed I even went back to him to get other little things on my car fixed. Christian was also very responsive when I had any questions, even after my car was all done. Great service and great job done.

Christian, the owner of Northwest Auto Rebuild, was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. The front end of my car was completely mangled, and I had to pay out of pocket--he worked with me to keep the cost low while still making my car look like new after all was said and done. He even buffed out some old yellow paint that had been scraped onto the side of my car, years ago, free of charge. He is highly communicative and really cares about the happiness of the client. Its clear he takes pride in his company, and the company itself is better for it. I would absolutely come back for more car care, but hopefully there wont be more accidents that necessitate that!

Brought my daughters car for estimate and repairs. Christian helped from start to finish and was even able to take care of rental car arrangements, plus delt with the insurance companies that were involved so I didn’t have to. There work is great can’t even tell there was damage from before. Everything was done very fast and efficiently I would definitely come back for future services.

NW Auto Rebuild does excellent work. Christian was showing me their state-of-the-art tools like a laser frame straightening tool, a new downdraft paint booth, and other tools that allow them to do an excellent job. Christian is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He really goes the extra mile to do good work, and you can tell. His staff is super helpful and friendly, too.The location is a little bit off the beaten path, but its actually quite convenient right off 99 in Lynnwood. You just cant easily see it from the road. I know many auto body shops are known for not doing business ethically, but I can tell you from experience that Christian and the guys at NW Auto Rebuild do everything they can do restore cars to like-new condition. From the frame and chassis to the inner-workings of the engine and each and every automotive component, your car will look, feel and work like-new or at least like it did before it was damaged. I really can’t say it enough, you’ll be happy to have worked with NW Auto Rebuild. After a car accident, everything seems more stressful, but Christian and his team will help you feel better by taking the time to explain things in detail.

I was wondering how this shop received such good reviews. But after the work was complete on my Lincoln, I now know. Christian does great work for half the price of the other shops. I will use NW auto for any future body work that I hope I wont need.

I needed new brake rotors due to rust and damage from going over the pass on my 2016 BMW. I contacted Christian about replacing the rotors and he gave me a very fair quote. He showed me the damage to the rotors after he got in there and looked at them. He even cleaned up my calipers and painted them so they looked great with the new rotors! I am very impressed with his work! I am so happy with the look of the new rotors and painted calipers! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything that is going on with the work he is doing on the vehicle (and I am not someone who knows everything about cars). He is very reasonable and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I will be a return customer and recommend him to everyone I know.

Brought my 06 eclipse in they did good for the most part it was used one so it still kicked a little and also my rev limiter is not acting right now so 3 star.

Christian (the owner) was an absolute joy and was the personal spokesperson from start to end with our car. He was knowledgable himself, not just the business owner, and very patient with all of my questions and repeat phone calls. My vehicle was mangled to say the least, after my accident in July, once the claim was in with my insurance, Christian was the primary person conversing with the insurance mongers. That was great because it took a lot of pressure off of me, and everything was taken care of. When I got my car back, Christian noticed that my coolant was low! He filled it up for me, told me where I could get more if needed, and that was that! Its really a treat when you can get into a terrible accident like I did, and really feel after the repair that you were; heard, respected, and treated well. Anyone who has to trust a shop to fix their primary vehicle should be able to leave with the confidence that everything they needed to have done was done; with the best parts, by the best people, in the least amount of time possible, and that is exactly what Northwest Auto Rebuild gave us.

Christian was so great, fitting me in to get an estimate and getting my car in for repair. Only took a week until they could repair it, and they got it done very fast, and very well.
