I worked for Alpha Precision for 12 years until it was purchased by Lafarge & Egge. We were told everything would stay the same. It did not. I was let go after 2 years along with 5 other people,we did not receive any severance pay. However the next wave of lay offs did included a nice severance package. L&E Alpha division eventually folded and the remains moved to Lynwood.

Fired because of my Bi-Polar disorder, 3 weeks from Christmas in the middle of a pandemic. Pretty much nuff said.Edit: I have been asked by the company to remove this comment saying it has untruthful information and I was terminated due to unprofessional behavior and performance issues. Which is in part, due to my mental disabilities. I have refused and stand by what I have said. I mean if my performance was so poor why was I allowed to work overtime? 🤔
