I understand the importance of the service SteadyCare provides and I am not the reason it was implemented into my job responsibilities but I wanted to leave a review to say that service is always working for me and I have no problems with the system. I have no complaints and thank you for all your hard work.
They use this system at my job and honestly, this is modern day slavery. Human services company gets paid enough money by the government but what they do they understaff staff and on top of that,as if we have nothing better to do,add in this calling system to call each hour. I am sorry i cannot give you guys a good review because it is wrong for you to be getting paid this money that staff is supposed to be paid but instead, we are made to work short well because well.... you enable staff to be micromanaged via some calling system.
