Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you make an appointment online youll be in and out of the store quickly. Walk-ins are also an option
We had a very bad experience with the manager, the manager claims that our chargers have physical damage. both chargers are u fee warranty, and they have just cosmatic things, and they both are paid, we paid apple care. the manager was rude. he did not accept conversation about the charger. and he asked us to leave with the help of the security, me and my kid we were shocked by his customer service and his way to handle an apple customer. we all have apple phones. we moving to samsung phones because their customer service is better than the experience we just had, apple marketstreet lynnfield massachusetts the managers
Staff was great, especially Marilyn. She went above and beyond helping me find a close match of a replacement Phone for my son with autism. We match, color, case and style. My son loves it.Thank you
Now I understand why these guys have 3 stars. (For pickup order and curbside) The people are so negligent and they pass you to another assistant. You have to make a line for 10 minutes and then wait for another assistant. Finally, if your order is ready they take 10 minutes to deliver your order. Otherwise of your order is not ready, they just say: Im sorry but I dont know whats happening. I recommend you to call the apple phone number.
You guys are some karen’s 🤨 the people here were so amazing. this place is filled with v sweet people and they all seem to care about customer service :)
I have been #TeamAndroid my entire life. Never owned an Apple product (I am 33 years old). I was debating between a laptop or a tablet and came across the IPad Pro, which was very intriguing. Obviously being an Android user, compared it to the latest Galaxy tablet the Tab7, and from my research the Tab7 doesnt hold a candle to the IPad Pro.I worked with Curtis at the Lynnfield location. CURTIS WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Ask for him. He explained everything to me, because I know nothing about Apple products. He went above and beyond and was such a nice, genuine guy, I was very happy with the service I received. This product is my first introduction into the world of Apple, and honestly, with the service I received from Curtis, I MIGHT actually switch teams.Ask for Curtis and you will not be disappointed. Such a great guy! Hope you see this Curtis! Told you Id write a good review! 👍Also, I had no appointment and was seen within 2 minutes. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH SERVICE!
Horrible terrible experience! Not only did they rush me through- so many of my problems could have been alleviated if they took the time to give me the proper Customer Service I deserved. My phone was not set up properly giving me added stress and complication! Buyer Beware of rushing you through and a non caring staff!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not recommend going here if you have an issue with your Apple product. Not very friendly, and the manager is even worse. I’m not the type of person to give bad reviews but this place truly deserves it. Please work on your customer service!!
Impossible to reach. Trying to pick up my repaired computer and they continuously don’t answer their phone or disconnect after multiple rings. Even tried to reach them through Apple support and they disconnected Apple support as well. Legit do not answer their phone. Super frustrating.
Very bad experience of buying an Apple Watch. The sales is very impatient and not helpful in helping me make decision.
Good mix of stores, great open space for children .J.p licks ice cream .
This is the worst apple store ever. Will never return to this place again. Came in to have my iPhone 8 Plus reset because I forgot the PIN number to the phone. Associate told me about 2 hours wait time came back 1 hour just to check in on the time again another associate told me it will be another 1 and 30 minutes wait time. Associate told me they don’t have enough technician to help wow first you should hire more technicians second I really don’t need a technician to reset my phone if I have iTunes at home I could of reset my phone at home. Would never recommend this store to anyone period worse customer service ever!!!
Crowded, but good service with appointment.
Amazing building, did not enter, not my brand for cell or computer.
I called and asked if I needed an appointment to buy a phone and spend 1000+ dollars and they NO come on down so I drove 40 minutes just to get told theres nobody that can help me and I need an appointment... and theres no appointments left for the next two days. The person greeting me was not very nice about it either and seemed like they just wanted me to leave. Terrible
Bad customer service rude people just walking around not doing nothing 🤮
The staff is a bit suffocating, I didn’t realize no one is allowed to move in the store unless accompanied by an employee. Forget about browsing or touching. Seriously, don’t even dare think about it. They will know.
Got the help I needed. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Kerry is a very kind and nice people over here .thanks for her help me. Appreciate .
The security here is so rude. One security guard demanded I leave, unless I had an appointment. I had gotten a call from the repair crew to come in anytime during hours to be able to save data from my mac before it went into repair. Had to call management to be let in. Got into the line and a security made a rude comment about people not making genius appointments and looked at me, directing it towards me. Made me so upset.I understand these times are tough with COVID, but you never know what someone is going through, and not being kind to customers is no excuse.
Had to wait there for mad long, even though I had an appointment. All good tho
The management at the Lynnfield Market Place store should be trained in customer service development and then train their staff. Each individual we interacted with was worse than the next. Their employees are rude, Extremely arrogant, lack communication skills and truly have no intent in assistIng rather their main objective seems to be just up sell and forget about the customer service portion. I am extremely disappointed in their service and will no longer do business with them.
Nice attentive staff, rigorous COVID precautions
Only went to carhartt store because lack if time. Did drive around to see the many different stores located there. Hope to be back to visit them . Very nice place.
I drop my MacBook off over a week ago for the recall on the keyboard and still haven’t received it as of yet got another email today saying they need more time not realizing that the issue that I’m having with the laptop is happens sporadically. I’m a full-time student and as a result of this I fell behind on my studies for over a week now and I still don’t have a date when I’m going to get the MacBook back which is totally unacceptable. I spoke A store representative who said he could put an escalation ticket which does me no good as I said before I’ve fallen behind in my studies dramatically. So I would tell people do not buy MacBooks especially the 2017 The keyboards are no good and the display kept flashing blue it’s not gonna happen every time they have it so they might not catch it when it does so they use that excuse that they need to do more testing then they send it back to you with the same issue so I will never buy another MacBook ever again it’s been nothing but turmoil. The representative on the phone really didn’t get the stressful situation at hand basically you can tell that he was basically smiling behind the phone it wasn’t a big issue to him so this Apple represents really don’t care about your business they just care about the money so just buyer beware don’t buy anything MacBook i’ve seen all the horror stories online they can at least replaced it or give me some type of a loaner so I can get my work done but they didn’t offer any of those options either. Now I’m wasting thousands of dollars on school because of them. Buyer beware.
I’ve only been here twice. First time was because apple headquarters is stupid. The second time was for a repair on a different device. I hada great experience with the tech who worked with me. I am VERY grateful for him. He was kind and totally understanding of my problems. Thank you!
We were victims of discrimination my husband and myself. Will not recommend that store. They employees are horrible and the security as well. Apple should do better !!!!
Its Apple! Always great service and extremely COVID safe.
The manager of the store is very rude and unprofessional, he shouted be at a Zoo taking care of animals, not dealing with people.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to vist.I had a very bad experience
Came in yesterday because my laptop was having keyboard and battery issues. I had previously been to an authorized repair shop in March but was quoted $800 to fix everything, so I decided to wait for the Apple store to open to see what they could do. I made an appointment on Friday, June 19th and was able to get an appointment for 3:15 on Sunday, June 21st. I went in and worked with Bobby, who was super friendly and helpful. He ran diagnostics and was able to fix my laptop under a quality program. At Apple the cost would have been 428 (which I would have gladly paid considering my previous quote), however, because of the quality program it was free! And although they said it would be 3-5 days, it was ready the next day! I am so so so happy with the service I received at Apple MarketStreet.
Excellent service from Tristen, knowledgeable, polite, fast, good conversation. It was a real pleasure. The store was neat. The line to make the appointment and then to go in, not so much...but hey! Its Covid times!
Working from home and needed my laptop repaired. Took almost 2 weeks for it to get fixed. Apple worker stated “3-5 business days “ then I checked the authorization email and Apple states 5-7 business days. I had to take personal days off from work. They could not accommodate me.
My father went to go purchase Homepod mini from store and aggressively turned away and told to reserve online. we placed an order reservation online on the December 19th and was confirmed by the store that product was in stock and ready for pick-up same day. My father ended up waiting 4 hours for them to be ready to find out out that it was not ready. Called store to find out what the hold-up was and was told to call order support just for them to tell me to call the store again. No one was able to give me or my father a clear and reasonable explanation as to why my order was not fullfilled. I then call next day to find out after calling both the order support and the store itself that the product was not in stock and would be ready Monday the 21st.. Why would you post something is in stock online if its not in stock and ready at the store. Why take someones money if you do not have the product in stock. Why waste someones time and money especially around the holidays. Now on the 22nd they completely cancel the order. What kind of clowns does Apple have working at this store?!?!? Supposedly youre suppose to have great product and service and now its apparent that its not the case anymore. Very disappointed with the whole process and lack of transparency.
Helpful service
I learned so many things about my iPhone today. Very informative ....
Why do I keep coming back here. Screen replacement price online $279. Come into the store...almost $600. So dishonest. Went to a local store in Saugus and they fixed it for under $200. Customer service was much better as well.
I went here and they told me I needed to pay 600$ for a new phone screen after an employee dropped it. How can it get worse than that?
My mom and I went here to purchase a new phone. We worked with Maddie and Jill, who were both extremely friendly and werent trying to up-sell us. I was so impressed by their professionalism and that they were honest about how to get the best deal. My mom and I both left very happy after such a painless visit! Thanks so much Maddie and Jill!
Great service. I made an appointment to have them look at my iPod. Technician resolved my problem quickly and gave me great advice.
Line moved quickly and the staff was great.
Very good service from Erick give to us very good service
Snobby, get a grip!
I’ve been here a couple times and each experience has been time consuming and frustrating. When you walk in and know EXACTLY what you want to buy, you shouldn’t have to schedule an appointment to come back later and meet with a sales representative.
Excellent service here. We worked with Patrick who was outstanding. He was professional, funny and very patient with an 80 year-old woman who is sometimes afraid of technology. He definitely didnt try to sell her something she didnt need. In fact, he explained why an older model of iPhone might be perfect for her needs and spent a long time showing some of the settings she could use to customize the phone.
This place is trashThey tried to fix my phone they couldn’t and gave it to me back missing screws trash trash don’t fix your device here the store manager is so Horrible the staff wasn’t too helpful
A guy probably with name Bob told my brother that he needed a good credit score to purchase an iPhone 8. This guy was definitely late 50s and tried to act slick against the younger customers. Bob most likely lives alone as his wife divorced him because he couldnt maintain a job position higher than retail through his whole life.
I was very disappointed with their service availability! This isnt the workers fault but the greedy CEOs and Apple owners should provide triple the services and staff to meet the needs of their clients who spend thousands of dollars for their products!!! when you phone is damaged which impacts work and every other life process you shouldnt be sent away being told we cant help you!!! Really your a multi trillion dollar company Really!!!This is the last Apple product I will buy! not worth having a product they wont provide sufficient staff to service!!!
They do not tell you that THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU SET UP YOUR PHONE until youre inside picking it up. Understandably, they need to reduce the number of customers in the store at any given time. The greedy Apple response to that is cutting out customer support so that they can push through the same number of customers in the same amount of time as pre-covid. They did offer resources after placing their hands on their chest and saying they understand. We had to go back in for the resources when there was nothing but a phone in our bag. The resource was the Apple Help phone number. Yes, everything going on has changed everything and we have to live differently now. But be honest with your customers; be up front and tell people there will not be customer support or set up in the store. Just be more honest and less greedy, Apple.
Very packed regardless of the day you visit. It was a 45 minute wait to talk to a salesperson on a weekday afternoon. Customer service was great as expected. I appreciate them for tailoring to my needs instead of pushing the most expensive product into me. Layout makes navigating a lot easier than other locations.Fully glass building with a wood interior makes the building gorgeous compared to other locations.
If it was a zero star I will give it. The manager is a joke and a liar. Time to boycott apple products
Haven’t been to many stores with worse customer service. When you could physically go in you were standing around waiting to be helped by what seemed like no one. Thinking it would be better now that I have to make appointments, had the first two canceled on me and the third I was turned away at the door and told to come back 3 hours later. Never again Lynnfield, never again.
Really well managed experience dealing with covid-19
New rules limit what you can do but not a bad place.
Well trained and safe ( COVID-19)
Recently visited for a cable exchange via apple care. Manager refused to exchange. I explained that I had apple care and that I had come in numerous times to exchange a defective cable in the past. The manager then said he “cannot speak to my past experiences”. I was surprised a manager would say that. The last time I came in was after my grandmother’s funeral after losing all my photos from the service. Was turned away while in tears. Went to Burlington location and techs stayed after the mall closed to try and help me located my photos. I would recommend going to Burlington location as this location as pretty poor customer service. I was pretty disappointed both times I visited this location. Will not go moving forward.
I went twice to this store, one day to have my phone repaired, and the next day to buy a new phone. The check-in process is extremely confusing. Not clear what you are to do. No number system, people waiting to buy, to have an item repaired, or some waiting for a class to begin - all mixed up. Everyone waiting looked a bit confused. I observed that it was hard for reps to find people, I guess they had a description of the person and a name. Waiting for repairs was a longer wait than simply buying - understandably. Seats are hard stools. Observing this made me want to change and clarify their process, to help customers and Apple employees alike - and they need to change the seating. Once I was served, the young man was patient and kind, and answered all my questions.
Useless. Was told by 2 phone reps and 1 chat rep that the store would be able to help me. Store said they were all wrong and refused to do anything to unlock an iPad that apple had erroneously locked. Even after they were able to pull the proof of purchase. They said because I didnt provide it, it was useless. Of course that is the reason I was sent to the store. Complete waste of time. We have 6 apple devices, no more going forward.
Very modern looking and great service. Always has the new IPhones, Macs, etc. Service is a little slow, however not terrible. They have programs for kids and everything.
After an hour of working with representatives on the phone on an Apple Watch that would not accept a software update or pair to a phone they made us an appointment to go to the Lynnfield Apple Store to have it further looked at.When the tech came over he tried the same thing we had been doing on the phone with the representatives and then said that he knew of nothing else to do and that he would have to send the watch off to be repaired and that it would cost $229 regardless of the issue.I explained my concern that if it was because of a software update, that was a flaw with the software and not a broken watch and he said he understood but thats the way they handle watches. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he agreed. She came over, did not look at the watch, and told us that it would cost the $229 and there was nothing that could be done about it. I asked again to speak to a supervisor and got Ben Simon, Senior Manager for the branch. He came over wearing shorts and slippers (no one else was) and sat down asking what was going on. During the conversation, it was apparent that he already made up his mind to hold fast to the $229 charge because without even looking at the watch or the problem, he said in my experience most issues with these watches is hardware not software but I am not a technician so they would decide that and it costs $229 because you made the choice not to buy Apple Care.He said that the watch would be sent off, repaired, and sent back and that it would cost $229 to pick it up. I explained that on the phone they relayed the information differently saying that they would look at the watch, contact me with repair costs, and allow me to decide next steps. His reply was condescending saying, well people do make mistakes. I told him I realized that and asked if he could verify the information he was giving me and he told me that I could look that information up myself because he was pretty sure that he was correct. At that point I was livid and asked who I could speak with above him and he told me that I could call Tim Cook if I wanted to and the problem would land back on his desk to fix because that was his job. I asked his title and he said Senior Manager so I asked for the General Manager and he told me that I could call Apple Support and complain to them if I did not like his answers.I did call Apple Support and had the fee waived in less than 30 minutes because Taylor, the phone representative, took the time to listen to the concerns about it being a software issue and not a problem with the physical watch. She heard the fact that the watch was working before it failed to install the update and unpaired from the phone.Ben Simon is not professional enough to be a Senior Manager. He is condescending and does not listen to understand. He has a formulated response in his head and just waits until he can deliver it. His goal was to get me out of the store and to be snide and petty in the process. I would stay away from this store!
The process for picking up online orders is confusing and irritating. I had to wait in line first to go into the store and then wait again for my order to be ready, even though I showed up at the scheduled pickup time. Also, parking at that location was quite tricky to find on a Friday at 1:30pm. Apple should try to streamline the process for picking up online orders.
Just trying to book a session with the genius bar is ridiculous. It is time Apple realized they are not the only game in town. One should be able to phone them, get a real person on the phone and just book and appointment. I have visited the store a couple of times since they moved from the North Shore mall, and agree entirely with the comments that they are condescending, and have no real interest unless you want to buy something.
Terrible customer service. Bought the apple care and it was still under warranty and they refused to cover any cost of repair. I ended up buying a replacement for the same price which didnt even come in a box
Great visit today. Everyone was more than accommodating, professional and eager to help. And they were certainly knowledgeable and efficient. I came with problems on iPhone X and iPad and the staff fixed them both. The store is organized and well stocked. And wow is apple efficient or what. Everything is so organized. Thank you apple store.
Is Sad big companies like this don’t care about customer service anymore and care only about how much sales they have even when I wanted to buy something none have come to help me at roll . I miss when you use to get help right away now u have to make an appointment just to buy things too . Hope they go back to old fashion where customer is always right . I will never go in the store again .
Made an appointment to have a battery replacement in store. Was told battery could not be replaced in store because they were too busy. Please figure it out
My wait wasnt long, I had an appointment. The young man seemed knowledgable. I thought he fixed the problem with my phone, but its now worse. Totally frozen on the black screen with the white apple
Overpriced bad phones
Not sure what all the criticisms is about here. The place itself has an eye catching design and the store also has a nice layout. I went there to look around, maybe for a new phone and the staff was friendly towards me and showed me all the options. I ended up leaving without a new phone but that was only because I had to go somewhere else. Overall a great experience for an Apple user looking for a new device.
If you have a choice go anywhere else. So I got told to leave the store because I came in early for my appointment. Yup, come back in 20 minutes. Not take a seat and we will be with you in a few minutes. Leave and come back. I asked him if he understood what he just ordered a customer to do. Im even tempered and I have a lot of respect for retail employees. I could never do what they do. Its a thankless job. But you dont throw a customer with an appointment out of a public establishment for showing up early to said appointment and then not understand why you are getting annoyed...I have never been treated so terribly. If I ever treated a client like that I would have been terminated on the spot. But Its apple so employee of the month.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They refused to honor their I-Phone 6 battery replacement offer for $29. BS never buy another apple product again. Went to CPR Cell in Saugus. Paid more but the but phone now works as good as new. The apple store tried selling me a new phone and refused to honor their replacement program
I will never own an Apple product. Wasted a day with my girl sitting in an apple store
We came in to set up a phone we bought for Christmas. We were told the wait time was 20 minutes. It has been an hour and those who came in behind us have been serviced before us. I want to add more but I’m still waiting for service and I’ve been told I can’t leave the store or else I lose my place in the line and I have to start all of this over again. Update: after an hour a manager came to see us cause we’re the only people who haven’t moved for over an hour in Thebes technical support area. Been told the wait time has been an hour all day and despite the fact at the time of purchase we were told we didn’t need to make an appointment. We were informed that we needed to make an appointment in order to have the phone set up.
I truly had high expectations for this highly anticipated store. After all of the publicity, press, and media exposure Apple clearly thinks sleek modern aesthetics and presentation are an adequate substitute for basic customer service. I expect the lines and chaotic environment with the opening of a new store but once inside the ball was 100% dropped. I went in for a simple display replacement and was finally noticed by an employee after almost 25 minutes standing right in front of check in staff. Once helped (if you want to call it that) I was told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour for the repair and I put my name in the que. After waiting the employee who was returning my device to me seemed almost puzzled as to the exact whereabouts of my device and disappeared to the back. Once my device was finally found I was told how much my replacement screen cost. I told the employee I had apple care on my device and it shouldnt have come to the amount it did. A female employee then interrupted my interaction with the employee helping me and was very short, cold, and seemed to speak to me as if I didnt know what I was talks about telling me there is no apple care coverage listed for my device. After they checked up on it on their end my apple care information was magically found and the price was adjusted. In my honest opinion, every visit when the store was located in Peabody was easy, fast, and not stressful at all. Clearly this new store means more to those who run it than the very people who step into it. I will not be returning.
The appointments are over booked. I had a simple iPhone exchange since the product I had burn on his own. It took them more than an hours an haft to assist me. The service really sucks.
Great atmosphere and product. Initially I had less than positive experience on a repair issue. But they doubled down and redeemed themselves before I could make a peep. I know they are not perfect, but there is a reason they are the most valued company in the world.
Great and quick service
Went here to purchase a phone. Was told 45 minute wait, to purchase, yes, purchase. Left the store and walked around for 30 minutes. Came back and my spot in line was gone.Added my name to the list again. Contemplated the ridiculousness of the fact I have to wait another 25 minutes to swipe a credit card and in turn receive a box.I cancelled my spot in the queue. Just before leaving, I voiced my displeasure to the employee I cancelled with. As Im halfway out the door, he disdainfully responds Happy Black Friday. Wish I got his name.Apple prides themselves on in-store experience and helpful employees. This man was the antithesis of an apple employee and this store is a joke.
It has to make you wonder how a multi billion dollar company has such poor reviews. Horrible service! I wish Samsung had a better operating system. They find every reason possible to avoid honoring a warranty. This store especially stinks. Arrogant to say the least.I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair and they took great care of me. No fuss, no hassle, just great customer service. I’m buying my next phone there.
Sully was amazing and spent over an hour working to get my moms contacts from her phone to sync with her iPad! We had an 11:20 appointment and we were taken right on time!
Went here with my wife cause she wanted to upgrade her airpods to the airpod pro but i have sensitive eyes to bright lighting so I had to walk out of the store cause it was to bright and gave me headache.
Gotta love how Apple has been outfitting their storefronts. Great place to shop or get your Apple products fixed. Had my Mac serviced here recently; the Genius tech was very informative and helpful. Good vibes from the staff members, friendly and inviting.
Not the best location but not the worst. The best advice I can give you is to make an appointment before you arrive. Also when entering it’s almost near impossible to get the attention of one of the Apple guys who will have to check You in.
I saw the less than 3 stars and thought I need to write a review. However as Im writing the review and trying to cancel an apt scheduled for tomorrow....Im now leaving a negative review. I should be able to cancel an apt with ease...not need to enter my life away to cancel an apt a very nice man helped me determine if I needed the apt or not!
Charles saved the day at apple and made my purtas well as unfortunate demise of my previous Mac pleasurable. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. I hope they treat him right.
Daughter broke her iPad and got a replacement very quickly. Love Apple care!Decent apple store, friendly staff, usual array of shiny apple products.
This is the best apple store Ive been to. The lady that manages this store goes above and beyond for the customer. I just bought the 2017 Macbook Pro a couple weeks ago just to find out Apple released a newer version this week. She not only understood my concern of paying over 2k for an outdated laptop but was able to upgrade me for no charge. I will continue giving this center my business seeing as how all my home products are from apple!
Jim Felice was wonderful and so helpful. He made the transfer to a new iPad smooth and painless. The wait time was very reasonable for a Friday at noontime.
I came in Jan1 for a Genius Bar appointment and had “Colin” for a rep. He was just awesome. Knowledgeable and very helpful.
I cant wait to get something other than an I-phone. The on-line scheduling process is terrible, but eventually, I was offered an appointment FOUR DAYS FROM NOW! Are you kidding??? Samsung here I come!! (I would have given a 0-star, but you need to provide at least 1-star to be able to post.)
Gorgeous wall-sized screen makes this glass-encased store space aesthetically pleasing. The multitude of Apple techs are generally knowledgeable and helpful in resolving most common malfunctions. That said, this place loses a star for its location buried inside a labyrinthine complex with no signage, no maps, and a bewildering layout. Ive traveled extensively on four continents, yet literally have had to stop to ask for directions to the Apple Store every time Ive tried to locate this store. Get yourselves on a map, Apple Store Market Street!
Very busy store. Cramped and very loud. If you dont like being within a 3 foot radius of people I wouldnt go. Wait times are super long and parking is near impossible. Average open concept apple store
It is a very efficent way of correcting issues. The individual who assisted was pleasant and thorough and patient. She worked closely with her senior advisor and together they identified the issues and made every effort to correct.
Very frustrating, service was very poor.
Encountered by far the worst Apple store experience of my life today at the lynn field market street Apple Store. Got there at 11 o’clock on a Tuesday and was told there was going to be a 3 and a half hour wait for me to get my beats headphones replaced and my sister to get her ONE MONTH OLD Apple Watch fixed. Deciding that we would just walk around and get food we left our names and made appointments at the Apple store, being reassured that if we needed it, we could request extra time. While ordering food at a market street restaurant, I received a text saying they were ready for me at the store. After requesting an extra 30 minutes and being DENIED, I left my lunch and went to the store only to wait an extra HOUR to be seen and the woman helping me left to go check “paper work” for half an hour. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to deal with that BS any longer. At 12:45 my sister received a text message saying they were ready for her, even though the time of the appointment was supposed to be 2:30, they told her that she couldn’t request extra time and that if she didn’t come they would move on. Getting to the Apple store an hour earlier than previously told, my sister and I then waited until 2 o’clock for someone to come see us, MEANWHILE; other customers who came in after us were being helped. After asking calmly multiple times if anyone was going to come see us, my sister had a flight to caught so we just left because the time spent waiting around was absurd. I would highly advice the organization of the store to be fixed because it made me want to put my fist through the wall waiting there for no one to help us. I call BS on the LIARS at the Apple store.
Replaced battery, and they took off my brand new glass screen protector without even telling me that it was required. I wouldn’t have done it if I knew. No replacement screen protector offered.
Great experience... we went for phone repair and they offered new phone at the cost of repair.. amazing..
