Nissan Service Center is fantastic. Theyre quick, efficient, and communicate well! Ben Mitchell is the best Customer Rep I have ever dealt with, and the mechanic Sean is incredible at what he does. I completely trust both of them with my car - every time. Ill be loyal to Nissan as long as those guys are there!
Excellent service. First time booking an appointment online and there were some issues with that as it didnt register me so for first appointment I would call. Other than that I had no other issues. The online booking is the only reason why I gave this a 4 star rating
AVOID AT ALL COSTSIve never dealt with more difficult people when it comes to car maintenance. The manager Ryan is disrespectful and does not want to work with you.He has hung up on me, belittled me, and said Good luck with that buddy when I asked to be transferred to the GM.
Went in for express oil change, states on website 30 minutes, took hour and half. Checked on it twice after an hour, receptionist said she’d check on it never got back to me, asked her again, she seemed agitated that I asked again! Other customers had already come and gone, I was the last one there.... I believe it was suppose to come with 28 point inspection, not sure if that was even done because usually it’s indicated on the check-out papers when I pay, and it wasn’t. It was as if they forgot about my car and after I checked on it the first time, they threw it in there and quickly did the oil change!Highly disappointed! Don’t advertise a service on you website and not follow thru with it, or at least check it with customer to update on what’s going on or why it’s taking so long!

I bought tires through Walmart, had them installed, and they butchered a tire pressure sensor. As a result, they told me to go to Nissan and they would pay the bill. The bill would have been $200+ so they wanted me to bring the sensor back to them to have it installed. After having them install the sensor I had to go back to Nissan to have them reprogram the sensor, during this time they noticed Walmart over inflated me tires. Kelly Nissan and Payton made it right and I couldn’t be happier. Payton was a delight to deal with. She spoke on the phone with the Manager at Walmart and just fixed the worst scenario. I was so tired and sick of dealing with it and she made my day. By far the best experience I have ever had with Nissan service. I will be going back. These people are awesome! Thank you Payton.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ****AVOID THIS PLACE*****IF YOU GO IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE OR MINOR REPAIRS, THEY’LL RUN UP THE BILL AND CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU DON’T NEED.
