I was in a terrible accident involving a drunk driver this weekend. My car was destroyed, and I am very lucky to have survived. When you encounter the unfortunate circumstances when you need them, they answer your calls promptly, respond with calm, reassuring professionalism and handle questions and claims with competance and experienced knowledge. This morning, as I gave the information to Don, he said, Youre so calm. Yes, of course; he had responded to the questions that concerned me, and hes on it. I have complete confidence that I can rely on J&R, and obviously couldnt recommend them more.

This was the best experience so far with an Insurance agency for me. Don was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got done pretty quickly and found me the best rate. My insurance was 300$ cheaper here than any other agency i tried to buy from. Very quick response and communication. Definitely recommend this place.

They are family run, and I feel that that makes a.huge.difference in how they treat their customers and not just another policy number. They found me the best rates as I had very specific needs I had to meet for my auto policy. Every step of the way I was always contacted and the turnaround time is fantastic in response time. This has been the worst insurance company I have ever worked with. In 2015, their only form of communication is the mail and regardless of the fact that they ask for your phone number and email address, they neglect to use it to communicate or inform you of important information such as your insurance is going to expire or on the verge of being canceled. They claim that they care about their customers and all they want is their money. Stay away, there are better insurance out there people.
