Highly recommend Ty and Tanner. They got right back to me after I left a voice mail. The next day they went to my elderly mom’s home and removed wasp nests. Ty texted me afterwards and said the nests were old so they removed them without charge! I was stunned. What amazing customer service. They are professional, responsive and I recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic service! I live in an apartment complex near North Reading and last weekend I had an issue with a squirrel in our laundry unit. All Saturday morning I heard scratching and clawing. I tried to contact our maintenance but seeing it was a weekend they were not available until noon.Therefore, I called Eastern Pine. I spoke to Ty on the phone and told him our issue. Within a half hour, a technician came by and helped us out. He was able to extricate the squirrel and give us some peace and quiet! Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend.

These guys are very quick to respond, use eco-friendly products, and do an excellent job! We had a really good experience with them a couple of years ago, so called them today when we discovered a new nest. They were already in the area, and had someone at our house treating the problem within 15 minutes! Incredible!

Throughly Impressed!I called Eastern Pine as we have an issue with what we believed were ants. Ty helped me identify that they were in fact termites. Although they don’t specialize in termites, Ty helped connect me with another company. I’m impressed by the responsiveness and willingness to help. Hopefully we don’t have any further bug issues, but if we do I’ll be giving Eastern Pine a call!

Had such an amazing experience. Was able to call and speak to someone immediately about my concerns. I was even able to text pictures and email videos I had and get the pest identified right away (or in my case, they confirmed it wasn’t the pest I was fearing it was). All at no cost! Feeling so relieved and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Can’t say thank you enough.

We had concerns about pests in our two Beverly homes and eastern pine went above and beyond to solve our problems. Communication was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone who is having difficulties. They are the best around and I have tried multiple companies. No one cares about their customers like eastern pine does!

After hearing noises in my fireplace, I had another pest control company come to my house to check it out. One person came, stayed for 10 minutes, then told me he couldn’t do anything to help me, and that I should let the squirrels in my fireplace flue stay there until they left on their own or died. I got a bill for $100 from them the next day (which I’m disputing).I then called Eastern Pine. Ty and Tanner came and not only removed all 7(!) squirrels, they also cleared out the nest on my damper, then climbed the roof and removed the fireplace cap, took it off and cleaned that out, then put a temporary barrier up to keep the squirrels from coming back!! They came back a week later to reinstall the cap. And they did all this for an incredibly fair price.Ty and Tanner are knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing help with pest control without any reservations.

Highly recommend Eastern Pine. A squirrel got into our attic, Ty responded quickly and efficiently, installing a one-way door to get the squirrel out ensuring it would not return. He also sealed up other points of entry, and since then we have had no further issues. The service was great, price was right, and he was a pleasure to deal with.

HIGHLY recommend! As the weather is getting colder, we recently had a mice problem in our basement. We were referred to Ty by a family friend and are so happy we reached out to him. Ty was extremely responsive and resourceful. He came to our house multiple times, and checked in with us often.
