The manager there is very knowledgeable and professional. The store was clean and not busy. They are enforcing masks.

I highly recommend Boost Mobile as a carrier however I cannot really recommend to the stores. They are basically used to go in and physically hold the phone you may want in your hand to check it out and make sure its what you want. I then recommend you go online and order the phone and activate the phone that way instead of dealing with the store.

I got there at 6:40 & the door was LOCKED! Their open sign was on & there was someone inside but they wouldnt unlock the door. It wouldve taken me 5 minutes at the max to ask one simple damn question! If they claim to be open until 7, they need to be OPEN! Not just leave the damn sign on until 7!

I get the place is getting ready to close at 7 but there was no need for the employee that was working up there to be rude, wanna tell me I need to wear a mask but she working and she doesnt even have one on,very disappointed in how rude she is, Ive been waiting till Sunday to come back to get a new phone and didnt even get greeted,as there was a customer already there. This employee should be fired

This is by far my best experience at an official boost mobile location. Got new service coming from a different carrier, upgraded a device and 4 accessories installed and was out in less that an hour. Dont waste your time at the other locations where if you ask for a screen protector for a note 9 they look at toy like your crazy and why in the works should they have that. This location had the friendliest staff out of all, specifically a young African American woman (sorry cant remember your name) she was very quick getting everything setup, had great knowledge of the products and services they offer, and really knew a good bit about each phone they carried. Boost has been my provider for over 5 years, I will never go to another provider.

Can nerver say enough. Management cares and leads his staff to be knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the great work guys.

Liked it. Was years ago so dont even know if still there, Google reminds me daily to rate these places and just wont stop. May quit being the guide as the are wanting several hours a day to rate, post pics, review. Cool for a while but now just harrassing.

My experience was awesome! Butler, and Lamar kept the visit fun, and used great salesman skills.

Butler was the most gracious, knowledgeable, and professional salesman Ive encountered in any phone store ever. I am not good with electronics, and he explained things on a level that I could understand. He took the time to thoroughly set my phone up with all the things I wanted but would have messed up on my own. Since then, if i run into a problem, Butler solves it and gets me back on track. Bad experience with a female employee, i wasnt greeted or acknowledged by her for a full half hour as i stood behind 1 customer.. I just wanted to pay a bill, she was very dismissive and should not be in customer service.. I was compelled to write this bad review while standing in line...

I want u to know, these people go out of there way to help u understand ur phones, and fix the masses that y may hv made. So they are mostly ALL WONDERFUL!!! ESPECIALLY AT THE LYNN HAVEN STORE!!!@
