You nickel and dime for every little thing. My return was pretty easy. They try and up sell other services. Will not visit this branch again. May look elsewhere next year for another tax preparer.

That is my worse experience in this business ever. It is impossible to contact any of them. I sent them my tax return by email, they finished it, I paid and still did not get it. I wasnt able to confirm the return on line and sent dozens of emails. No one single response. Then I asked them to mail it to me, was confirmed but did not get it. Phoned the office again and was promised to get it mailed again but did not get it. Have a person name and sent again 3 emails but no response. It lasts for more than 3 months now. No response, no mail with my return. I just want to get it done and will never ever have any business with this horrible company

Been going here and using Bonnie since I moved here. Never had a problem this year we show up only to find Bonnie retired and our tax preparer doesnt know how to do taxes on her own, or spell correctly without assistance. Very disappointed with this service will be looking for a new tax professional.

Out of my 29 years of doing taxes and having all the people that have been through doing taxes Bonnie has been the best tax representative I have ever met her performance is excellent her attitude is wonderful and she doesnt question nothing she just does my taxes and knows how to do it and that theyre means a lot to me Ive got to go to Bonnie every year I love going to H&R Block to see Bonnie every year
