Possibly the dirtiest place I’ve been in since the pandemic. It is FILTHY! I laid my purse down for a quick second and it covered in dirt and huge chunky dust bunnies! That made take a look around at my surroundings. FILTH! Unless they clean up their act I will go elsewhere!

Im 70, use a Walker to my mailbox on 2and St in Southport Fl. I watched the carrier cram a pkg in my box. Both layers of paging store to pieces and my incontenent under ware fell on the ground. I would like to show my appreciation to the carrier that was to lazy to bring the pkg to my door. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I hope karma finds you.

Sent my package to the wrong location, then closed early. Usps is the absolute worst in shipping. My last two packages have arrived not only late but broken!

This is a large Post Office. They did not have a long line to wait. And they had 3 windows open. They also have a large selection of mail supplies, postcards, and mail boxes. I was helped by 2 different people and they are very friendly. I was in-and-out of here in less than 5 minutes.

I ordered off of Amazon and it was shipped via USPS. My package was set to arrive 2 days late, although it was delivered to my local facility to be delivered to me. On the day it was set to arrive, I checked the status of it, and rather it be out for delivery, its in LOUISIANA! I went to the website to file a complaint and the website links dont work. I called the customer service number and only got a recorded message about COVID with NO option to speak to someone! This is absolutely uncalled for.

I use this Post Office A LOT & the employees are So helpful & kind. I appreciate them all being patient with me as I was learning how the shipping works & best way to send things.

My sister just received her card! 🤔It was only 2 months late! 😳

The staff here was unenthusiastic as well as surly and short. When asking for pricing for PO boxes, I was met with insanely high price points for even the smallest of the options available!This is not a big town and they certainly acted as if it was the busiest post office in the world. To be honest, there was a natural disaster, Hurricane Michael did destroy the infrastructure in town, but the debris has been removed and damages to the roads have been mostly(98%) repaired so there should be no issues. While using my mail box, with the flag up, several days would go by and my mail not picked up by the local postman. That is simply unacceptable in any postal area of responsibility. If you live here, be wary of your mail being sent or recieved. Use the UPS Store across the street. They rock and try to save you money.

Marked a package with delivery exception, business closed. It was our HOUSE address. We were home and other mail was delivered to our mailbox. However . . . it was raining so our lazy carrier wouldnt get out of his truck to take the package to the door. I had to got to the post office and wait in line on December 23 to get my package. Postal service is a perfect example of government failure.

Went up to the counter and asked to send multiple letters as one package as they are going to the same place. Lady was very abrupt about how they only had priority shipping so it would be cheaper to send them separately with stamps. Okay. Fine. Well I also needed to send a purse off to company for repair or replace and asked to ship that. She again stated what I already knew and said there are some boxes there behind the truck for free which is cheaper. Would only ship my package if I used boxes that were being thrown out. I didn’t care about the price for the shipping. She then told me to try Sherman ave instead of just shipping priority like I asked. That’s 15 minutes away. And I have errands in town. I’m didnt want to drive 30 minutes then wait in line there when I could have shipped it here. These workers just don’t want to do their jobs. I’ll go to Sherman ave when it’s not out of my way and any other time I need to use the post office if they’re this lazy.

I have complained about our mail carrier for over a year. He has delivered our packages to other addresses and the people their has kept our paid items. He has never done anything about this. We constantly get other people private mail and we personally deliver it to them which is going out of our way. Today we received 1 package and 1 mail item that is nowhere near us and was a different street name and number. My post office in Lynn Haven, Florida 32444 seams not to care or do anything about it.

Moved in March and spoke with the mailman ahead of time so none of our mail would be displaced, it was supposed to be on a hold at the post office until I forwarded our address to our new PO Box. It was for some reason put on general delivery instead of hold and for 3 weeks it was still being delivered to the old address packages were lost, checks were sent back, my car insurance policy almost got cancelled because I never received the paperwork from them that was time sensitive! A month and a half of mail and packages are still unaccounted for, spoke with the post master who was extremely rude and first blamed his employees then told me it should trickle in at some point and when asked what if it doesnt he said I should just drive to all the other locations in town and see if my mail ended up there. It was obvious he didnt care, and I am still dealing with their foul up almost 6 months later as half my mail still says general delivery!

The people on the line were very rude and refused to talk to me.

Someone from this office that does the route for my street has been stealing my VA medications, all except the ones that require signatures... They never knock on my door for the signature, just walk up and place a sticker on my door that states attempted delivery. I have called several times, being placed on hold for literally hours...

A Post Office that doesn’t have custom forms and can’t mail packages overseas?? Isn’t that the objective of a post office, to mail things? The lady there is sweet, but the USPS needs to either make it a true postal office or close it!

Staff is always nice and polite when I have to use this location. Other than that, its another post office. Offers usual USPS services, post office box rentals, stamps, stamp collecting items, stationary, shipping supplies, all occasion cards, and small, last minute, gift-able merchandise for purchase.

Went to USPS in Lynn Haven 12/24/18. They were inProcess of closing. Clerk no. 06 was very polite and extremely professional. Thank You!

The ladies at the Lynn Haven Post Office are some of the nicest and most friendly I have ever had to deal with. They do a terrific job.

Sent my brother gift cards in 2016, from Houston, they were never delivered. Sent another gift card this year/2018 from Ormond Bch, FL, it was NEVER Delivered.There is a thief in the PO.

Open from 9am till 4pm now, including PO box access. After hurricane Michael, they are operating out of trailers temporarily while the main building is repaired.

All post office should close. They do not do there job. I can get mail faster by Snell
