I Love Audiology Consultants, had it not been for them my baby still wouldnt be able to hear. We never knew something was wrong, (as a parent we try not to except the things we want so bad not to be true.) But I put my trust In them and now my daughter has A/B honor roll, reading at the top of her class and now able to help other kids, Because shes been given the opportunity to hear, with her hearing aids!! This experience with them has been EVERYTHING for us all, and they will never know how deeply and truly blessed weve been to have, have them put into our lives!! Took me on time for my appointment. Everyone was courteous and friendly. My hearing test was thorough and everything was explained to me. In no time I was done!

I was nervous about this appointment and how they were going to do a hearing test on my child who is non verbal and very sensitive with his ears. The doctors approach was very calm which I could tell made my son very comfortable. The doctor was even able to put a hearing test device in my sons ears which I thought was going to be a huge struggle. To my surprise my son was able to take the test with no issues. So happy with our experience, thank you!

When is came to being professional and so kind and caring these people were amazing. The dr was very thorough and saw I was nervous and went at a slow pace just for me. I highly recommend them!

Very efficient, friendly, and professional. They explained my hearing results, gave me the results to take home, and gave me several options. I did not feel pressured, they did not try to Upsell me a product I didnt need. They seemed genuinely concerned about me, and what would be best for me.

Out of the places we have gone to for my daughters audiology appointments, this place is BY FAR THE BEST. The Dr. Is so amazing with a fantastic bedside manner! He actually gave us hope to her failing hearing and made her feel great about herself (Not an easy task) I LOVE THIS PLACE!

The staff was super sweet and beyond awesome,they got us in and out in Literally less than 25 minutes.My daughter was sleep and calm and well relaxed when we arrived so the test took less than 10 minutes to do, but for the most part I would come again and highly recommended to others.

This place was a great place for me all the people there were so nice. They were all ready to help me with anything I needed ( like walking) the man that gave my hearing test was great so understanding he walked me to my car after my appointment was done not many would do that, many thanks to him and all at the office.

They were great and made it so easy for my daughter to get her earplugs.

Brittney and Dr. Kolmetz were amazing today for the testing I had to have at their facility. Leading up to the appointment, Brittney went above and beyond working with my insurance and staying very informative with me and getting me in quickly for this special test that I needed that only they offer in this area. They truly are compassionate and thankful for such a great experience with everything Im going through right now!

Went in for a hearing test for my 4 year old. We barley waited to be seen. Maybe 7 minutes from the time we filled our paperwork out till the time we went back. The front desk lady was very nice and professional. The doctor was very nice and professional also. My son was a little shy but the doctor made sure to make the hearing test easy as well as comfortable for him. He asked if we had any questions. We did not feel rushed. The office was also very clean and they are following covid guidelines. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Dr. Kolmetz is great! I appreciate the time he took to explain my situation to me. I went in to talk with him about vertigo symptoms and he helped me to understand why it happens. He alleviated my fears and put me through only what testing was necessary. He diagnosed me quickly and accurately and got me on a course for treatment. Paperwork was straightforward. The office space was tidy and pleasant. We were seen right at our scheduled appointment time. Dr. Kolmetz was professional while still being approachable for a pediatric patient. He listened to updates about the condition which had developed since the referral and to specific instances the difficulties occur to get an idea of patient experience. He completed a thorough diagnostic and discussed findings/recommendation with both parent and patient clearly. Highly recommend.

I have a busy, rambunctious 2 year old boy. Most doctors visits & appointments are not easy for us, but they were fast & efficient and able to get all the testing done while my 2 year old gave them a run for their money and refused to sit still or sit at all. It was an easy, painless experience for everyone involved (mainly this momma) and we will definitely be using them again if need be.

Dr Kolmetz was thorough, patient and efficient. Ive never had hearing aids before so I didnt know exactly what to expect. The loaners convinced me that I really would benefit from hearing aids. But the ones that I bought were even better after Dr Kolmetez adjusted them with in-ear testing.

I was somewhat nervous about having to have an audiology test at 80 years old I guess it’s gonna happen. My anxiety was immediately relieved as I talked with the staff at the window and was introduced to the Audiologist. I felt very comfortable going through the test and was also very pleased with the follow up information given me to take to my doctor. In discussing my follow-up I was also pleased when the audiologist, Marcus P. KOLMETZ, suggested that as a veteran I might want to pursue my situation with the VA something I had not thought of.GOOD JOB!!!!!!!

Fast and thorough service. The audiologist was great! Only thing is they waited until the morning of my appointment, 2 hours before and I have an 1 1/2 hour drive to get there, to tell me they did not get the doctors referral so I had to scramble to get it and they were ver nonchalant about it. Like oh well if we dont have it your insurance wont pay for it or you will have to reschedule.

Excellent! Dr. Marcus Kolmetz was so wonderful with my dad! Not only did he take his time while testing his hearing but also gave lots of explanation of how my dads hearing has been affected and the ways that it could be enhanced. We loved that Dr. Kolmetz didnt try to sell us on new hearing aids but suggested to simply adjust his 2 year old ones which saved us a ton of money since dad is on a limited elderly income. Clean office, highly personable service and staff. Staff asks questions and listens to your answer, before asking another question. Staff listens to and addresses your questions and concerns. You are treated as their only patient and as their main priority, unlike some places where you are treated as a number in an office with a revolving door. I could go on forever like this. In closing they have set the standard that others can only dream of achieving.08 May 2020 Update:Today I had my annual follow-up, even with all this COVID-19 stuff going on, the staff still has that same can do attitude, the same listen to the patient attitude, the same friendly attitude. They listen to and answer the patients questions and concerns. You cant ask for more, when dealing with them. You always leave the office with an understanding of your issues, what options are available, and how your condition will progress over time.They continue to epitomize the quality of care we all yearn for, and continue to set standard that other facilities struggle to achieve. They surprise you by continuing to improve, when you believe there is no room for improvement. Theyll be around for a long time, if we are lucky.04 May 2021Had my annual check-up.
