The installers showed up on time, inspected my gutters and discussed the over flow issue I was having. After inspecting the existing installation they determined that the upper gutters did not tie into the valley from the upper roof; so recommended they extend the upper gutter to relieve the overflow of water on the lower gutters. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They also were very careful to not damage our landscaping and cleaned up the site when they were finished. I cant say enough positive things about this company. I am very happy with the work they did for me.

Great job installing my gutters, very professional

I hired this company end of July- beginning of August. I went through the nightmare of trusting this business and giving them my money. Fast forward through the terrible communication and beyond late materials/ It’s currently November 28, 2020 and I am still missing my end caps. I’ve called Terry, who is beyond awful with communication. She has told me time and time again she will call me back and still no call. I’ve also spoken with Laurie, who even agreed with me about Terry and informed me that Terry has made a lot of mistakes that Laurie is “cleaning up”. Laurie apologized for the communication and now she is standing me up just like terry did. The installer, “Eddie” has been informed many times that I am missing my end caps to my gutters. He has not came to my house to deliver them and I even offered to go wherever he is to pick up the materials. Terrible I do not recommend them. SAVE your sanity and time and money. Do not use this company.

Cannot say enough how great this company is! On time, price is excellent, workmanship beautiful! The crew that did the work very respectful, showed up on time, worked hard all day, in fact worked way past working hours. Can’t say enough what a good experience it was working with this company! So many companies today are such slackers but got to say this company is definitely professional in every way!

Eddie and his crew were very professional, prompt, efficient and friendly. From the start time to the full completion of the install of our gutters, it only took 3.5 hours. We couldnt be happier with our new gutters and how quickly the install was completed. Awesome walk around with sales on my house, and was only planning on doing the back but realize the value of just doing the whole thing. I called three other companies and was unsuccessful in having anyone call me back until a friend referred me to Panama City Gutters and it was a seamless process from beginning to end. I scheduled the appointment and Chris came out and gave me his recommendations and actually took a pic of the back of my home and drew how he wanted to place the gutters so I had a visual. Once the gutters were installed, I wanted some minor changes and Eddie came back out the same day and made the corrections. I would definitely recommend using Panama City Gutters.

Panama City Gutters workmanship was first rate. The entire job was completed in about 8 hrs total my previous set of gutters were noisy and had to be removed when i re-roofed the house due to how they were installed. The price was very competitive and fair. Would recommend them to anyone

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. While the actual end product was up to standards, this company’s customer service and lack of communication was severely lacking. The only time that the company was in frequent communication with my husband and I was when the work on our home had been completed and they were looking for payment.A bit of a backstory: my husband and I are landlords and rent the home on which the work was being done. Like many in the area, we needed to make several repairs due to the horrible damage by hurricane Michael. As such, it’s crucially important to us to communicate all of the work being done on our home to our tenants (through our property manager) so that they are aware and can make arrangements.The work was scheduled for a Friday at 10:00am and when I called back the company later that afternoon, I was told they were en route to the home and had a late start and would finish the job that day. Fast forward to the next day Saturday I get a call early afternoon telling us that the team would be “finishing” up the work Saturday. I asked if they had come the previous day and was told no. How is it possible to “finish” something you haven’t started? I told them I would attempt to get in touch with my tenants and get back to them.As it turns out, they went directly to the home and my tenants were having a party and had to ask them to leave. As a result of their poor communication and lack of planning, my husband and I now have a strained relationship with our tenants despite our efforts to be on top of this particular repair and be organized.To add insult to injury, when Emmett called me regarding payment, I gave him feedback about the failure to communicate and our disappointment and he was incredibly rude and condescending. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer.To all those in the Panama City area: I wish you all the best in rebuilding fromHurricane Michael but STRONGLY warn you AGAINST doing business with these folks.

Excellent work on our gutters, soffits and fascia. They were on time and finished in one day. This company cleans up after themselves. We are so happy they helped us get our house back to normal after hurricane Michael. Highly recommend!

Following Hurricane Michael, it is very difficult to get any kind of work done on your house, and I needed rain gutters ASAP to stop the erosion around my new home. Panama City Gutter is the only company I found that would do the work immediately, and they did a very good job.
